“honeybee!” sigaw nya habang tumatakbong palapit sakin. “uuwi na ba—ouch!” she slipped. I just look at her, Napailing ako. I can’t believed I fall for this kind of woman.

“hoy! Di mo ba ako tutulungan! Kainis ‘to!” sigaw nya. I grabbed her hand para itayo, mukhang iiyak na.

Lumuhod ako tapos pinagpagan ang tuhod nya. “Napakatanga mo talaga! Sinong may sabing tumakbo ka? Stupid!” I shout.

I pat her head. “stop crying.” Inangat nya ang ulo nya at tumingin sakin.

There are not blood related, pero magkamukhang-magkamukha sila. But almost opposite of everything.

 

“aalis ako ng maaga, di kita mahahatid. uuwi kasi sila tito at tita, I need to go to their house, and also to pick up joey in the hospital”I said. That’s true. Tita called me. Umuwi sila galing states, also. Joey is in the hospital. Mahina talaga ang katawan nya. I know, tita will be aiming to see bethany’s tomb right now.

 

Nakita ko na naman na nagiba ung expression nya pero bigla naman syang ngumite.

“ok.. sasabay nlang ako kila Julie at ella paguwi.”

“thank you for understanding” I said, alam kong nahihirapan na sya, alam ko na pagod na sya.. but still, she tries to understand me. I don’t know kung makakahanap pa ko ng babaeng katulad nya.. she’s just one in a million..
