33 - Final Stop

Katie P.O.V

Today we were going to Sundown festival in Norfolk and it was the last show that the boys were playing which means its our last opportunity to go sightseeing before heading back to London. Surprisingly I had woken up early this morning so I decided to put on some tracksuits pants and a cropped t-shirt and head down to the hotel gym. Sure enough when I got there James was already there lifting weights but that's no surprise because he spends half his life in the gym. Also since we're starting dance school in 2 months and I haven't been to the gym since about May I should really start coming more often.

"Morning James" I said as I went and sat on the bench near him.

"Oh hey Katie what are you doing here?" he asked.

"Oh you know just to do some exercise" I replied.

"Well that is the idea of a gym" James laughed "but what I meant is why are you awake at 7:30 in the morning?"

"Honestly I have no idea."

"Well since your here do you want to join me?" James asked.

"Yeah, okay!"

We had been in the gym for about an hour now and I am defiantly out of shape and unfit because I cannot feel my legs or my arms or any part of my body. I literally fell off of the exercise bike because I was so tired which made James fall over in hysterics.

"So I need to ask you a question" I said to James as we walked over to the vending machine to get some water.

"What about?" He asked.

"Livi."

"What about Livi?"

"Don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about?"

"But I don't know what your talking about?"

"Come on seriously James I see the way you look at her, I know you like her."

"Ohh umm well..." James said as he looked down at the floor and scratched the back of his head "is it that obvious?"

"Kind of."

"Great" he sighed.

"Why don't you just tell her?"

"I've tried but Connor interrupted me just as I was about to tell her."

"For fucks sake Connor" I muttered to myself.

"What was that?" James asked.

"Oh nothing."

"So what should I do?"

"Try and find sometime to talk to her alone and just tell her, what have you got to lose?"

"I could lose an amazing friend if she doesn't like me back."

"James trust me she likes you too."

"She does?"

"Yes she does but she's too afraid to admit it to anyone but me!"

"Why?"

"Because she doesn't want to lose you as a friend either."

"Oh.."

"Yeah, so your going to tell her?"

"Yeah I'll do it later" he smiled.

"Okay good" I smiled back.

We then both headed back to our separate hotel rooms where I had a shower and got changed and all before Livi even woke up.
