"How could you do something like that?" Livi asked as she slammed the front door shut and stood in front of me on the other side of the couch.

"What did I do?"

"I think you know!"

"Well I don't so I don't know what you expect me to say."

"I want you to explain to me why you think it's okay to go behind my back and go on dates with the boy I like!"

"Wait what? dates? with James? are you kidding me?" I asked in disbelief.

"So it's true!"

"What no of course it's not where would you even get that idea from?"

"Amelia!"

"Of course you did" I sighed.

"She told me all about how you've been going bowling whilst I'm out."

"It was one time. We went bowling once and we went as friends."

"You can't go somewhere alone with a boy and say we went as friends."

"Yes you can!" I shouted "especially when that boy happens to be sort of dating your best friend."

"So then why didn't you tell me about it?"

"I cant tell you why!"

"Why not?"

"Because I promise James I wouldn't."

"I don't know why I didn't see this coming?"

"What do you mean?"

"I've noticed how you and James always go off and have private little chats, I see you hugging and laughing."

"You really want to know why I was always talking to James?"

"Yes!" I was a little taken back by Livi's sudden anger. Arguing was not something I wanted to do but it seemed that right now nothing else was going to work.

"We were talking about you! that's all we ever talk about and in fact I was the one who convinced him to tell you that he liked you."

"You knew about that?"

"Livi I think you were the only one who didn't."

Everything that Livi and I said was shouted and we were spitting insults back at one another. I dawned on me that this is the first time that Livi and I have ever had an argument. In the 7 years I've known her not once have we argued yet now we were acting like we hate each other.

"I'll just add it to the list of other things you refuse to tell me!"

"Livi I tell you everything and you know that!"

"Oh you tell me everything do you well did everything that happened in LA seem to slip your mind?"

"Umm.."

"Did you somehow forget to mention that the guy you've liked since you first met him confessed that he liked you too?"

"Livi I.."

"Something like that doesn't just get forgotten."

"I didn't forget it's just that your never around for me to tell you!"

"Is that why you told Connor?"

"How do you know I told Connor?"

"I heard you!"
