118 - A Plus One?

Livi's P.O.V

"I don't like having to knock to come in to your house" Katie moaned as I opened the door for her and Megan.

"Feel free to walk in but if I'm not here and Ben's walking around with it all out, that's your problem" I laughed walking in to the living room to find my phone and keys.

"Ben walks around naked with you living here?" Megan asked shocked and I laughed.

"No, I would not let him do that! But I don't know what he does when I'm not here do I."

"Thank god, I actually thought you were going to be like, oh yeah it's normal" She said holding her hand to her head. I picked up my keys and phone from the table and we headed out the door.

"So we're getting Harriet right?" I asked jumping in the back of Megan's car.

"Yup, then straight to the store" Katie nodded. I'd never been to where Tristan lived before but when we arrived Katie told me to stay in the car with Megan as she was just going to run up and get Harriet.

"Hey" Harriet smiled getting in the car.

"How are you?" I asked her and she smiled but looked slightly unsure.

"I'm good, ready to have an afternoon of trying on dresses!"

"I get dressed up everyday when I'm working in the west end, I wish I could dress myself for once" I moaned leaning my head back against the head rest.

"Well on the day of my wedding I promise none of us will help you in or out of your dress" Katie said from the front seat.

"Thanks, I really appreciate it" I said as we pulled up outside the dress shop. Katie had been looking with Megan a few days before at some shops she wanted to try but while they were out they had decided this one was her favourite and we were going to hope we could find something here.

"Morning Ladies, how may I help you" A woman asked walking up to us.

"Hi, I'm Katie Bradford here for a wedding fitting, these our my bridesmaids" She said and the lady nodded walking over to a desk. She tapped away on the keyboard before smiling.

"Ah yes, hello Miss Bradford, please follow us" She said as we walked through some back door into a like dress showing area, I don't even know what it was!"

"Miss Bradford, please will you come with us first to look at some wedding dresses, then we will do your bridesmaids" She said and Katie got up and followed the lady in to yet another room.

"This place looks so expensive" I said looking round the room we were in.

"The dresses are gorgeous though" Megan said looking at one that was in the room.

"I can't believe they are finally getting married" Harriet said and I nodded.

"I'm glad they had a longer engagment though, I mean I guess some people would say they are still too young but I think that if you know it's right like they do, why wait!"

"It's all going to be over this time next week" Megan mumbled looking at us all stood round in the dress shop.

"I wonder who will be next" Harriet smiled and we both looked at Megan.

"Mr and Mrs Ball I think will be our next couple of the year" I winked at her and she laughed.

"Not yet, defiantly not yet" She smiled.

"Ladies, Miss Bradford would like to show you her first dress" The woman from before came out saying.

"What's with this last name buisness" I mumbled to Megan and she laughed. Katie walked out in a beautiful long wedding dress that just looked amazing on her.
