54 - First Date?

Livi's P.O.V

"Livi, get up, get showered and I'll set up everything else" Katie said walking into my room.

"What" I mumbled as she pulled my curtains open. I pulled the covers over my head so the light would go away.

"Do you not remember what today is?"

"No, it's too early for my brain to function" I pulled the covers down so I could look at my clock "It's 7:30, why are you even awake?!"

"Because we need to get you ready, I can't believe you don't remember today is your date with James!" and then I started to think about what happened a few days ago...

"Please may I ask you what I was going to ask you a while ago?" James asked as we walked through the park. A week ago George had gone into hospital and he told us to stay at home today because we'd been there all day yesterday. He didn't want us spending our weekend stuck at the hospital after being at the academy all week but we didn't mind. The boys all came round to spend the day with us to take our mind off George so we were all walking Oscar. Connor and Tristan were kicking a football around and soon Katie and Brad were playing against them.

"When?" I asked a bit confused about what he was talking about.

"The reason I rang you when George first went into hospital?"

"Oh yeah, sorry of course."

"Well, I was wondering, hoping more, that would.. no, will you.." He said rubbing his head and I started to laugh slightly "Your laughing..."

"Why are you so nervous?"

"I don't know, because it you?"

"Just ask me, I prmoise I won't embarrass you!"

"Ok, Livi, would you like to go on a date with me?" He asked and stopped walking.

"Oh, I didn't know it was that you were going to ask" I said sounding really unsure.

"Oh god... I..." He started to go red and I laughed.

"I'm only joking" I smiled "I would love to."

"Oh my god, I don't know if I want to anymore" he laughed back starting to walk away.

"Ok wait a minute" I laughed "If I can beat you over to that tree, you have to take me out."

"Alright, I'll go with that, what if I win?"

"Then you can choose."

"Alright, 321 GOOOO" he yelled and started sprinting over to the tree.

"Ok well that's no way to win" I laughed as I sprinted after him. I caught up with him pretty quickly. We were getting close to the tree and I was just behind him and wasn't sure if I could get round him or not... So I went for plan B and jumped on to his back. He stopped just infront of the tree laughing.

"So who wins this one?" He asked turning his head to look at me.

"I think it's a draw!"

"So am I going to have a date this Friday? Because you know there's this really cute back up plan called Oscar..."

"Pick me up at 12" I laughed jumping off his back and walking over to the others, joining in with football.

"I remember!"

"Well the least you can do is not go in your pyjamas!"

"Okay I'm getting up" I laughed getting out of bed. We went through my stuff and picked out some clothes for me to change into after I got out the shower. I went and got in the shower and then got out and changed. Once I was changed I went out to join Katie in the living room. I dried my hair and then she helped me curl it loosely. Once that was done she helped me do a bit of make up and then I was ready.
