Its been just over a week since the others went back to England and so far its been pretty uneventful over here. I've kept in contact with all of them quite frequently and as much as I hate not being there with them I still love hearing about what they're up too. I also wish that we could have spent more time together whilst they were here because now that they're gone its become more obvious to me that I literally have no one here. I mean I sit alone at lunch, I only do solo work because I don't know anyone well enough to dance with them and I haven't been out once because I have no one to go with. Its kind of sad really and I've come to the conclusion that I need to make at least one friend and its pointless even trying to become friends with my room mate considering she's never there.

After spending the weekend just on face time with Livi whilst she was at James' house I was pretty much the only one on my floor who was up on time this morning as everyone had gone to an all weekend party and most of them had come back to their apartments at around 4 am, I know this because they woke me up with all the laughing and screaming. After having a shower and getting ready, I packed my bag and grabbed my various different folders off the desk before heading to the small cafe just down the road to grab some breakfast.

"Hey watch where your going" I snapped at some random guy who just barged into me whilst I was walking across the campus causing me to drop all my things.

"Are you not going to say sorry or help me?" I shouted after him as he walked away.

"Nope" he shouted back.

"Wait a second" I said as I quickly bent down to grab my things before running after him.

"Whats your problem?" I asked once I'd caught up with him.

"Right now, you are?"

"Why? I haven't done anything wrong!"

"No but your being annoying."

"Well maybe if you hadn't of barged into me I wouldn't be so annoying."

"Look, I'm sorry okay now please leave me alone."

"No, I don't want to."

"Jesus christ your persistent and annoying."

"And your rude!"

"I'm glad we've discussed what we hate about each other."

"Oh believe me there's more, I've known you 5 minutes and I can already make a list."

"One of the few things we have in common."

"Anyways how come your awake at this time in the morning, shouldn't you still be asleep like all the others who wasted their weekend at that stupid party" I said to him and he just laughed.

"What?" I asked.

"Did you just assume that I went that party?"

"You look like the kind of person who would have."

"Well I didn't, parties are a waste of time and I don't see whats so fun about getting so pissed that you barely remember anything the following morning."

"I think we just found another thing we have in common."

"Great" he sighed.

"I'm Katie" I smiled as I shook his hand.

"Jake."

"I guess you go to the academy too" he added.

"Yep, I joined last month and I'm studying dance."
