Elsa sat at her large, dark mahogany desk doing the paperwork that had to be done, there were laws to be passed, and treaties to be signed and as she picked up one of the letters she became slightly agitated.
To Queen Elsa of Arendelle,
I know of our past experiences and I'm hoping that we can move past those and reopen up our trade and have open borders once again.
~Duke of Weselton
Elsa scoffed at the letter and tossed it aside and grabbed the next piece of paper.
After an hour or so of working Elsa was finished with all of the paperwork and thought of where Anna could be. She stood up from the desk and left her library in pursuit of some sister bonding time.
"Anna?" Elsa called out through the castle while she walked around through the halls.
"Hi!" Anna chirped and poked her head out of her bedroom doorway. "I need your help."
"Okay." Elsa smiled and walked into the bedroom and stood near Anna at the end of the bed. Anna was staring down at all these different types of baby clothing from slacks for a baby boy to a flowery dress for a baby girl.
"I really think it'll be a girl," Anna said and held up the flowery dress in front of her and examined it. "But Kristoff is saying to think of the baby being a boy but I just can't, you know?"
"I think that whatever the gender of the baby is will make you both happy."
"I agree. I just can't wait to hold him or her in my arms." She grinned and brought the dress to her chest and hugged it tightly. "I wonder what mom and dad thought when they found out we were both girls."
"I know that mom wanted girls but dad was indifferent and just wanted the baby healthy."
"I think Aria would be a beautiful name or maybe Aubrey?" Anna contemplated and laid the dress back onto the bed. "Leo would be perfect for a boy!"
"That would be." Elsa grinned and looked around her messy bedroom, there were dresses scattering the floor and a few things of Kristoff's too. Elsa walked over to the balcony doors and opened them up and stepped out. The balcony's view was at the front of the castle and you could practically see everything from the boat dock to the beautiful mountains, forests and the village homes. "I'm so happy that it's summer and that it's perfectly warm out. It's actually very hot out today."
"Olaf is probably happy." Anna grinned and they both laughed. Anna stood there thinking of when Olaf sang his song about summer. "I hope Kristoff and Hans are okay."
"I'm sure they are." Elsa nodded and thought about what they could be doing right now and if Hans was thinking of what Elsa was occupying herself with. "The view from your balcony is amazing."
"It's a beautiful view." Anna said from inside the room. "Everything is absolutely perfect now." She said and stepped out onto the balcony with Elsa. "About Hans..." Anna says and watches Elsa's expression to see if she can bring him up. "I want to give him a chance, everyone deserves one."
"I've been thinking the same thing about him. He's seemed to have changed."
"He reminds me of the Hans I met before the whole... Y'know." Anna said and trailed off, becoming her awkward self.
"I think that because Arendelle gave me a second chance after I froze everything over that we can give Hans a chance. He deserves it." Elsa said and her mind trailed off onto Hans and how different he seemed.
"Speaking of Hans." Anna said, bringing Elsa's attention up and down to the ground level where Kristoff and Hans were riding in his sleigh with Sven pulling it, a wide grin across his face.
"Goodness." Elsa said and blushed when she saw that Hans was shirtless, his shirt tossed off to the side in the sleigh. His body was built and his muscular arms were distracting.
"I didn't think he was muscular." Anna confessed and also admired the shirtless Kristoff. They both giggled and when both of the boys looked up from the sleigh Anna waved wildly while Elsa blushed deep red at the shirtless Hans.
