"Elsa?" Anna's voice came from outside of Elsa's library.
"Come in." Elsa chirped.
Anna opened the door and stepped in, she looked over and saw her sister sitting at her desk sipping a small cup of tea. Across from the desk was man who looked very similar to Hans. He was sitting straight and tall, his auburn hair brushed back and when he turned around Anna was slightly caught off guard at how handsome he was.
"Hello, Princess Anna." The man said and stood up, he crossed the room in long strides and held his hand out to Anna. "It's a pleasure to meet you." He said and kissed her hand softly.
"Ha." Anna giggled nervously and felt Kristoff burning a hole in her skull from behind her. "It's nice to meet you too."
"I'm Kristoff, Anna's husband." Kristoff snapped harshly at him and stepped forward towards him, protectively standing in front of Anna. "And you are?"
"Prince Alan of the Southern Isles. Where's my brother?" He asked, peeking around Kristoff and Anna.
"Hi, Alan." Hans voice came from out in the hallway. He poked his head in and waved, he looked back at Elsa and smiled at her warmly. "It's nice to see you Elsa."
"What about me? It's not nice to see me?" Alan asked, smirking at Hans.
"I have news, Elsa." Anna said, walking past Alan and sat in a seat in front of Elsa's desk.
"What is my brother doing here?" Hans asked, completely ignoring Alan's presence.
"Could everyone give us a moment alone?" Elsa asked.
"Who?" Anna asked her, somewhat offended.
"Hans and I. I'm sure that an explanation for Alan being here is much more pressing for Hans than the news you have for me."
"Actually..." Hans started and slipped into the room, he walked across the room and over to Elsa. "It's very important. We both have to tell you though." Hans said, looking from Anna to Elsa.
"Okay... You two stay then. Kristoff, Alan, could you wait outside?"
"Actually, I was heading up to the mountains to work. Anna, I'll be back for dinner." He said from the door and smiled at her warmly. "I love you."
"I love you too." Anna said and half smiled at him.
"Where should I go?" Alan asked, directly looking at Elsa.
"Anywhere you like." She replied and smiled at him. "Get familiar with Arendelle."
"Yes, ma'am." He bowed his head and left the room, shutting the door quietly.
"What's happened while I was gone? Anna, you're still pregnant." Elsa smiled and laced her fingers together.
"Yes, I am... But the council paid a visit today and they made a preposition for you. It's not very good but that's why Hans is here, to calm you down if you get angry." Anna said slowly and cooly, trying to keep a calm tone and pace. "They have come to a decision that there needs to be a king of Arendelle if you're going to be queen. They say that you can find a husband yourself or there can be suitors that come here."
"What?" Elsa asked, her eyes grew wide and she felt her hands becoming icy cold. "Why?"
"They say that if you pass away that someone needs to be here to take care of Arendelle."
"But you're next in line?! This is ridiculous. I shouldn't be forced to be married when I'm not even ready for marriage."
"There's another option." Hans interjected.
"They say that you can give up the throne to me if you would like to and I'll be queen." Anna said.
"No, I'm not going to give up my responsibilities as a queen or to mom and dad. I'll send out letters to different countries saying that I'm looking for a suitor to be wed to me."
"You're not freaking out." Anna whispered to herself. "That's not what I expected."
"I'm freaking out on the inside but I can't let it show or my powers could go haywire. I just need to accept the situation and go with it."
"May I speak with you?" Hans asked Elsa. "Alone." He said and looked at Anna softly, trying not to be rude.
"Yes, of course." Anna smiled and looked to Elsa. "Please don't bottle your stress up, it'll only make things worse."
"I'll try not to. Thank you, Anna." Elsa smiled and watched as Anna left the room, leaving Hans and Elsa alone for what seemed like the first time in forever.
