"It was embarrassing!" Elsa said, flopping onto her back on Anna's bed. "He called us love birds and acted like our almost kiss never happened."
"When you did almost kiss Alan, did you want it?" Anna asked, watching Elsa closely.
"No, of course not." She said and shook her head. "I just wanted Hans at that point and I know that doesn't justify it but still... It was as close as I could get at that point."
"I guess I can understand." Anna shrugged and gave her a small smile, giving her the benefit of the doubt.
"Evening." Kristoff said and slipped into the room, shutting the door behind him and walked over to Anna.
"Hi." Anna smiled and grabbed his hand, squeezing it tightly. "Elsa and I were just talking."
"That's fun. It's getting kinda late though, you should get your sleep soon." Kristoff said and briefly looked at Elsa.
"You're right." Anna nodded. "I'll go to sleep soon."
"That's my cue to go." Elsa said and smiled at Anna and Kristoff. "Goodnight." She said and brought herself up from the bed and over to the door.
She closed the door behind her and began walking up to the floor of her and Hans' bedrooms. Once she was at Hans door she knocked quietly but with no response she walked in on her own and looked around but didn't find him.
"Hm." She said, plopping down on his bed. She looked around the bedroom and became agitated with how messy his room was. There were his clothes on every piece of furniture from the dresser, outside of the wardrobe, the end of the bed, his desk even. Elsa stood up from the bed quickly and retrieved the small wicker clothes basket from his washroom and began collecting all of his clothes from around the bedroom. She kept tossing them into the basket, making a small game out of tossing the clothes and making them in.
After she finished putting his dirty clothes basket back into the washroom she decided to make the bed, then went over to his desk and began straightening his papers, pens and pencils and even found a few small sketches of his. Elsa never took Hans to be the artistic type. Elsa shrugged it off and heard the door open then a small gasp. She turned around quickly to Hans and smiled proudly at her hard work.
"What do you think?!" Elsa grinned widely at Hans. His face was full of shock, his eyes wide and his mouth was gaping as he looked around the now clean room.
"Oh, no." He said, running his hand through his tousled auburn hair. "You cleaned." He muttered.
"Is something wrong with cleaning?" She asked, becoming slightly confused. She thought she'd only be helping him out but instead he has this look of horror on his face. "Hans, what's wrong with cleaning?"
"No. It's just that I had everything kind of organized in my own way and you... You helped by cleaning but where are all of my clothes?"
"In the clothes hamper," She said and gestured towards the washroom door. "In your washroom."
"I have a hamper?" He asked, completely serious and dumbfounded.
"Yes." Elsa giggled and watched as he continuously looked around the room.
"Is that giggling, I hear?" Hans asked, walking over to her quickly but making sure not to scare her by his sudden action.
"No." Elsa muttered, stifling another giggle or smile but she was slightly intimidated by Hans standing over her.
"Is that the snow queen herself, giggling?" He asked, completely astonished at her giggle. "It's so unlike you... But I like it." He whispered and picked her up at her hips and dropped her down on the bed. He was standing above her with him striding between her legs, she was laid back on the bed, her hair sprawled out underneath her. He grinned down widely at her and placed his hands at her sides and began to tickle her, making her squirm and giggle under his vicious tickling.
"Stop!" Elsa said between giggles. "Hans." She giggled more and pushed at his hands, trying desperately to get him to stop but also enjoying how comfortable she felt with him.
From the door someone cleared their throat loudly over Elsa's laughter and they both stopped right in place and looked over. It was the messenger of the castle, Rican, holding a small package and a letter with it. They quickly untangled themselves from each other, Hans helped Elsa up from the bed and stood there awkwardly while Elsa stood straightening her hair and dress out.
"Prince Hans," Rican said, holding the package out towards them. "This is for you from the Southern Isles." He said and watched as Hans came over and took the package and letter. "But the letter is for Queen Elsa." He said and watched as Hans gave Elsa the letter. "Hans, about your letter you gave-"
"Oh. That won't be necessary to talk about. Just send it out and whenever you have the reply please give it to me immediately." Hans said quickly, interrupting him and trying to avoid the conversation.
"Yes, sir." He nodded and looked over to Elsa. "It's nice to see you smile, your Majesty." He smiled at her and bowed his head.
"Thank you, Rican." She smiled and watched as he turned to leave. "What was that all about?" She asked once Rican was out of earshot. "The letter you sent out, I mean." She added.
"Oh." Hans shrugged then dropped the box down onto his desk and retrieved a pair of scissors to cut the box, Elsa noting to herself that he was left handed. "Nothing, really. I wonder what I got from the Southern Isles?" He said and looked over at Elsa. "Open your letter." He half smiled, desperately attempting to change the subject.
