Time had passed like it normally would, Anna and Kristoff were taking care of the twins and they were only growing. Elsa's tummy was growing more and more everyday and Hans continued thinking of ways he could find more evidence against his father.

It was only a day before the Halloween costume party and Elsa was fretting over the party and how perfect it had to be for the kingdom. She was having many of the best decorators work on getting the castle ready and spooky enough for Halloween. Elsa stood on the side of the ballroom, seeing over the room and happily looking from the realistic spiderwebs to the beautiful tables with red velvet tablecloths and the clear goblets that sat around the table with a beautiful fall leaves type centerpiece.

"It looks wonderful, Elsa." Anna said behind her and came to stand beside her, smiling and seeing all the thought she's put into the ballroom.

"Thank you." Elsa smiled and remembered to tell her what her costume would be. "I figured out my costume. I'm going to be an elf queen. I have pointed ears and a sorceress's staff."

"That sounds fun. What's Hans being?"

"I'm not sure. He hasn't said much, so maybe it's a surprise?" She said and shrugged. She was hoping it was a surprise or at least a very interesting costume, and knowing Hans, it probably would be.

"How's your pregnancy going today?" Anna asked. She kind of missed being pregnant but wouldn't take the twins away for the world.

"It's going great. I haven't had any morning sickness or anything really. The baby is so calm." Elsa said and laid a hand on her belly. It was slowly taking its time growing so Elsa mostly assumed she was only carrying one child, since Anna's stomach grew so quickly and she blew up like a balloon. "Hopefully the baby is calm when it's born and let's Hans and I sleep."

"You can only hope. The twins barely sleep through the night now and if one cries then they wake up the other. It's frustrating but I love them." Anna smiled and sighed happily. "I know that I'm happy with my marriage but are you happy? You and Hans don't seem to spend all your time together."

"We don't need to spend all of our time together to be happy." Elsa smiled over at Anna. "But yes, I'm extremely happy. He's everything I could ask for."

"Good. I just want to make sure you're happy with how everything is."

"Thank you." Elsa said and hugged Anna, snuggling slightly into her shoulder. "You're the best little sister anyone could ask for." Elsa said and pulled back, seeing Kristoff come walking in with one of the twins in each arm.

"Mia is being a little fuss-butt." Kristoff said and handed off Mia to Anna. Mia was laying in Anna's arms, staring up at her mother then put out one of the cutest pouty lips anyone could imagine. She started whining and fussing around in her arms and Anna looked up at Elsa.

"This is what you're looking forward to." Anna smirked. "The room looks great. I can't wait for the party." Anna said and tried shushing Mia but it wouldn't work. "She's probably hungry. I'll take her upstairs and feed her." She said to Kristoff then looked back at Elsa. "See you later." She smiled and Elsa returned a see you later.

"My queen." The main designer, Paul, came up to her with a large smile. He was young, bald already and dressed mostly in black or grays. "Does the room look well enough for the party?" He asked and watched for her response, almost dying inside for her to answer.

"Yes, it looks wonderful. Thank you, Paul." She grinned and wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him quickly and bowed her head to him. "Thank you very much."

"Thank you, your Majesty. Do you think the king will approve?" He asked and Elsa noticed Hans was behind him, hearing his question.

"I love it." Hans said and walked around Paul, standing beside Elsa and shook Paul's hand. "Thank you. This is wonderful."

"Thank you, your Majesty, and thank you, Queen Elsa." He said and kissed Elsa's hand briefly then shook Hans' hand again. He left them quickly and left the room with his many servants.

The room was completely finished and looked almost haunted. It would be perfect at night time during the party, Elsa thought.

"Have you figured out your costume?" Hans asked Elsa.

"Yes, have you?"

"Yes, but mine is a surprise." He smiled and kissed her cheek. "You'll like my surprise." He smiled and she nodded slowly, trying to think of what he could be.

"Mine is a surprise too, but you'll see me the second I officially start the party." She frowned a little but he kissed her quickly, hating to see her upset over anything.

"I'm sure you'll look lovely." He smiled. "I have a change of subject. I was looking over my paperwork and it seems Silas had forged my signature on a document. It's really important and I'd like you to take a look. That's why I came down here."
