A/N: this chapter is of Elsa when she got pulled out of the room by the guard :) just wanted to keep you guys informed :) enjoy the chapter
Elsa quickly walked down the hallway with the guard, leaving Hans behind to do all of the starting work for their wedding. Gosh, Elsa thought, they were starting everything so quickly. Just a month or so ago she wasn't even thinking about falling in love, yet part of her did like Hans before he left, some little part of her was drawn to him. Maybe I'm with him so quickly to fix a broken person, after all I was broken before too, then came along Anna's sisterly love, Elsa thought but shook her head, shooing away the thoughts of only trying to fix a broken person, there was so much more to him than his broken past.
"Queen Elsa? Are you alright?" The guard asked, he must've been trying to talk to her when she was thinking about Hans.
"Oh!" Elsa smiled at him. "Yes, I'm fine. Just thinking."
"Well, I was telling you that there was a fire at the bakery. They're attempting to put it out now, I'm not sure if anyone was injured or... Well, you know." He mumbled and they quickly exited the castle, jumping into a ready carriage to ride down into the village.
"How did the fire start?" Elsa asked once they were riding off in the carriage.
"I was told the baker was chatting with a woman, lost focus on the bread in the oven and it caught on fire. He tried putting it out but that only made it worse. The other villagers tried helping putting it out but I'm not sure how successful they were."
"If anyone is hurt I want them sent to the infirmary."
"At the castle?"
"No, no. The hospital that was built in town."
"Ah, yes, ma'am." He nodded and they arrived at the bakery, or what was once the bakery. The whole building was collapsed in on itself, all burnt to bits and smoke clouds were covering the air around it. Elsa hopped out of the carriage and quickly ran over to one of her guards, covering her nose and mouth from the smoke.
"Did anyone-" Elsa started but began choking lightly on the smoke.
"Please, Queen Elsa, let's get farther away from this!" He said and pulled Elsa by her elbow over to a not-as-smoky area. "What were you asking, your Majesty?"
"Was anyone injured?"
"The baker was badly burned, he could possibly lose his arm to it. No one else was hurt horribly, only a few others were burned lightly while trying to stop the fire, but nothing too major."
"Okay, that's good. I'd like them to be taken to Arendelle's hospital, please."
"Already take care of, your Majesty." He smiled and rocked back and forth a little on his heels, acting so proud of himself.
"Now what's going on with the building?" Elsa asked and looked back over to it. No way could it be salvaged from the fire, it would have to be built from the ground up. "You know, if the baker wouldn't have gotten distracted by a girl then this wouldn't have happened."
"Your Majesty, the girl was a customer but the woman did say there was flirting involved."
"Of course there was." Elsa muttered. "What can we do about the building? Is there any way to have it rebuilt?"
"Of course, but that would take time."
"Anything will be fine. I'll pay for the repairs in full." Elsa said and looked at the different people pulling apart the building, throwing the salvageable things into a pile. "Is there any vacant buildings for the baker to continue his business?"
"No, not that has good enough equipment for him to use. We could get this done in a matter of weeks."
"Yes, but I don't want his business ruined. I'll go visit the baker now, to check up on him and discuss everything about his bakery."
"Yes, your Majesty. We'll have this cleaned up in no time." The guard nodded and they separated, Elsa heading to go see the baker and for the guard to help break apart the building and hopefully have the smoke go away after awhile.
