Elsa burst through the door into the delivery room, ice trailing behind her on the ground and the room suddenly became icy cold when Elsa looked to Anna. The doctor was standing on the opposite side of the room, tending to the newborn baby. Elsa slowly walked over to Anna's bed and noticed how pale she looked and her eyes were closed.

"Is she..." Elsa began.

"No, but she is losing blood and losing it all very fast. There was something that happened and it was very unexpected and she had lost a lot of blood."

"Well, what happened?" Elsa demanded.

"She gave birth to twins." He said and moved aside so Elsa could see the small children laying on a small child's crib. "I need your blood, Elsa. Your blood matches your sister's and it's the only way to save her."

"I'll do whatever I have to." Elsa nodded.

"Good, good. We'll have to be quick. Come, sit down." He said and pointed at a chair in the corner. He was rummaging around through out the drawers near him and found a small bag that had a needle attached at its end. "Let me see your arm, please." He said to Elsa once she was sitting in the seat. "I'm going to wrap this around your arm now." He said holding up a skinny, long piece of tape. He wrapped it around her arm, her blood rushing to where he needed it and inserted the small needle into her arm, she winced in pain and let out a small squeak. The doctor watched as the blood bag began to be filled by Elsa's blood but the needle and bag began to freeze. "Oh, no. Elsa please calm down." He said and watched as the ice spread farther down the bag. "Prince Hans!" He yelled out. Hans burst through the door and walked over to them. "Please calm her down, she's giving blood to save Anna and she's freezing the bag. She's having trouble handling the pain." He said quickly and Hans knelt down in front of Elsa.

"Elsa, it's me, Hans. You have to calm down if you want to save Anna. Please, Elsa, listen to me." Hans said and looked briefly at the blood bag that was beginning to thaw. "Good." He whispered and looked back at Elsa. "Look at me." He whispered and laid a hand on her cheek. She opened her icy cold eyes and once she was set on Hans her eyes seemed to soften. "You're doing good." Hans said to her then looked over to the doctor. "Is she almost done?"

"Yes, she's done." He nodded and pulled the small needle out of her arm and walked over to Anna. "Elsa," He said over his shoulder and stood beside Anna's bed. "I want you to stay seated or you'll pass out." Elsa nodded and looked over to Hans. She began to untie the tape and looked over to where the babies were.

"She gave birth to twins." Elsa said to Hans. "Can you bring me them?"

"Are your arms too weak?" Hans asked.

"No. I can hold one of them and you can hold the other, if that's okay."

"Alright." He said and walked over to the children and picked up the one that was wrapped in a small pink blanket. The baby was sleeping soundly and had Kristoff's blond hair color and Anna's petite nose. "Here." Hans said and handed her the baby. Elsa opened her arms and held her little niece in her arms.

"She looks just like Anna when she was little." Elsa said and began to cry at what her little sister had brought into this world.

"This baby is a boy." Hans said and carried him over to Elsa, he knelt down on his knees in front of her and showed her the other child. He had Anna's strawberry blond hair color, Anna's bright blue eyes and Kristoff's nose.

"She made two beautiful babies. I hope she can see them." Elsa sniffled. She wiped her cheeks and rubbed her eyes dry and looked at her new niece and nephew.
