Anna stirred in her bed, hearing familiar voices around her and she tried opening her eyes but they were so droopy and she felt weak and tired.

"Anna?" Kristoff's voice came beside her. "She's waking up." He said and the room went quiet as Anna tried opening her eyes. She opened them after a few tries and saw Kristoff then a blur of pink in his arms. She looked around and saw Elsa and Hans standing near the end of the bed and saw a blue blanket piled in her arms with something small inside.

"Is that... Those... Um." Anna stumbled with words and pointed to the babies with shaky hands.

"We had twins." Kristoff said happily, bringing the pink blanket closer to Anna. "We have yet to name them. I didn't want to name them without you."

"Thank you." She said, her eyes focusing on the small baby. Her hair was the same color as Kristoff's and her eyes were a light brown, close to hazel, and her nose was small like Anna's. When the baby smiled up at Anna she found that the child had Kristoff's smile. "Oh, she's beautiful. Absolutely beautiful." Anna said, her eyes beginning to tear up. "Can I see the other baby?"

"It's a boy." Elsa said and brought the little baby to her. She moved the blanket aside and the baby looked around with a confused look but his eyes stopped at Anna. He smiled up at her with his brilliant blue eyes. His nose was a larger like Kristoff's but his hair was like Anna's.

"He's very handsome." Anna smiled and looked at both of her babies, wanting so badly to just hold them but she felt too weak. "Can we name them now?"

"Of course." Kristoff smiled and looked down at his daughter. "She looks just like you but with blond hair."

"And he looks like you." Anna said and looked closely at her children, trying to figure out the perfect names for them. "Mia is pretty, isn't it?" She asked aloud. Elsa and Kristoff nodded but Hans just stood there looking down at his bare hands. "Her name is Mia then." Anna said and tapped her daughter's little nose. "Hello, my little Mia." Anna smiled and kissed her forehead. "Now for my little baby boy."

"I was thinking Conner." Kristoff piped up.

"That's perfect." Anna said and smiled from Conner to Mia. "I love you both." She said and sighed. "I wish I could hold them." Anna said and looked up Kristoff.

"Well, you can?" Kristoff said.

"I'm afraid I'll drop them. My whole body is weak... I don't know why though."

"Elsa, Hans, could you give us a minute alone?" Kristoff asked. "Elsa, you can bring me Conner, I'll hold him too."

Elsa nodded and made her way around the bed and handed little Conner to Kristoff's big, muscular arms. Elsa walked back over to Hans and wrapped her arm through his and they left them alone.

"Why did you have them leave?" Anna asked, smiling down at her beautiful babies.

"I need to talk to you about why your arms are so weak." He muttered and watched as she became confused. "I almost lost you."

"How?" She asked, becoming uncomfortable. She doesn't remember anything after going into labor, everything else was black.

"When you had Mia first you were losing a lot of blood so the doctor had to hurry Conner's birth and you were still losing so much blood that you were becoming pale and unconscious. He had Elsa come in and give you her blood to save you."

"I'm just happy that the kids are healthy." She smiled down at them then looked back up at Kristoff. "I'm very glad to be alive and have my family. It's brave of Elsa to give blood for me... She was never one to handle any type of pain well."

"I'm just glad that she saved you. I thought you were long gone and I didn't even want to see the babies because they reminded me too much of you."

"Oh," She nodded slowly and smiled at him. "Well, we're all okay now. The babies are healthy right?"

"Yes, from what the doctor said. That's probably why you were always so tired and why your stomach blew up because you were having twins."

"I'd go through the pregnancy again to have these two." She said and poked both of her children's noses lightly.

"The doctor said that you'll be able to be up and moving in a day or so. How weak are you still feeling?"

"I'm just really tired and my legs are sore." She shrugged. "I'm glad we got those invitations sent out to everyone. The welcoming ball is in a week."

"I'm not big on parties." Kristoff said and smiled apologetically at Anna. "Then again I wasn't cut out for the castle life."

"No, you weren't but you're here now." Anna said and glared at him, unknowing of why she was mad at him. She was just very tired, sore and didn't want to talk about that at this moment. "I think I might take a nap."

"Are you hungry?"

"No, I had breakfast."

"It's lunch time, almost dinner now. You were asleep for quite a few hours."

"I can eat when I wake up." She smiled and snuggled deep under the covers. "Are you going to be okay taking care of Mia and Conner?"

"Probably." He shrugged and smirked at Anna. "I'll try not to drop them."

"Kristoff." She said and glared once again. "Have Elsa help you if you need it."

"I will." He smiled and leaned forward and kissed her forehead softly. He rose from the bed with the babies in his arms and headed out of the room and up to his bedroom.

A/N:

I hope you're enjoying this and hopefully you like the babies names. :) I just want to say that I hope I can update sometime next week but no promises because I'll be working quite a bit this week and won't have much time to write. I'm sorry though!
