"I can't believe this." Hans said, looking up to his brother Alan. Alan was dressed sharp in a black, silk looking button up shirt and black dress pants.
"Does mom know?" Alan asked and scratched at his chin, feeling stubble coming in.
"I don't think so. I just-" Hans started but when Elsa came into the library. She must've been done playing outside, Hans thought.
"Oh," Elsa said and looked from Alan to Hans. "Sorry, I didn't know you were busy." She said and shut the door behind her, looking up to see Alan smiling at her.
"Hi, Elsa." He said and waved to her, she returned a hello and waved back.
"We were talking about Laila being pregnant." Hans said and held a hand out to Elsa, she walked over to him and took his hand. She stood beside him and from where she stood she could see the snowman Elsa had built outside.
"I've been thinking about it too, and there's nothing we can do... Sure, we can be mad but she's having a baby. We can't just take that away." Elsa said and Hans looked up at her momentarily then nodded, he wasn't fully convinced it was okay but he was no longer angry. He knew Elsa was right and he needed to calm down for her.
"I just feel bad for my mother." Alan said and twiddled his thumbs, looking down at his hands while he thought of the situation. "I'll have to see what she knows. Maybe they can separate and dad could be with Laila. He's getting worse every day with his mental state." Alan said to both Elsa and Hans. "I am happy that you two are together and we can all coexist happily." Alan said and Elsa laughed a little, getting weird looks from both Hans and Alan.
"The way you talk is as if you're an older man, a very old man." Elsa said and Alan just nodded as if he understood but Hans gave her an even more weird look.
"Anyways," Hans said and looked from Alan to Elsa. "Would it be okay to tell Alan that we're planning something?"
"That something is...?" Elsa asked.
"About my father... And the poison." Hans whispered but Alan still heard, he was nice enough to act like he didn't until Hans said his name. "Father has tried to kill Elsa with poison and when Silas was executed he said father is trying to take the throne and that he hopes we can protect Elsa and our child."
"What? Father poisoned her? Why would he do that?" Alan asked and looked from Hans to Elsa, confused on what his motive would be.
"Show him the document Silas forged." Elsa said and Hans nodded, grabbing it out of a drawer in the desk. He unraveled the document and Alan came up to the desk, reading over the document.
"I had nothing to do with this." Alan said to both of them and Elsa was the first to say something.
"Of course not. I didn't think so for a second." Elsa smiled and Alan looked back at the document.
"So basically, when you pass away without an heir I'll get everything that goes with the crown and my wonderful father will be the Hand. Woah, wait a second. I'd be married to Silas's daughter Caroline?! I didn't even know he had a daughter." Alan said and looked up to Hans. "I hope you took care of this? I don't want to be king!"
"We did. We fixed everything." Hans said and closed back up the document. "Silas never admitted to it but I think father had him write this since Silas could have access to the documents." He placed the document back into the drawer and thought of a few different plans but stuck with his one he thought would work best and be the safest for Elsa.
"So, what's this plan?" Alan asked and sat in the chair across the desk.
"Elsa and I own a vacation house out in the woods a little while away, Elsa knows how to get there, and I was thinking that we could have Elsa stay at the vacation house. We could stay here at the castle and confront father to get him to confess his crimes then if he does we'll lock him up and Elsa and I can deal with that. I think it'd be the safest for Elsa."
"What if he retaliates and tries to hurt us?" Alan asked, scratching his stubble.
"We are both good with swords, we can fight back. If he does try to fight us first then it's only defense at that point. It won't matter if we hurt him at that point."
"He's our father." Alan said and Hans' anger flared but not too much to overwhelm Elsa.
"He hurt my wife. I won't stand for it, especially now with her carrying our child." Hans snapped. "Either you're helping with my plan or you're on father's side."
"No, I'm helping you. He needs to be taken down before it gets ugly. And the faster this plan happens the better." Alan said and Elsa let out her breath, hardly realizing she was holding it. "When exactly are we going to do this?"
"I was thinking not tomorrow but the next day. He could be scheming right now and for all we know Laila could be helping him with his plans." Hans said. "What do you think Elsa? You've been quiet."
"I don't have much to say. My job is to stay at the vacation home and hope you two are okay." Elsa said and gave Hans a small smile. "I think the plan is good though. Will I have any one stay at the house with me?"
"If you'd like, then yes." Hans said and held her hands. "Whatever you need to be safe. Okay?"
"I think I'll be fine. They don't know where the house is." She said and thought of her safety and the baby. "I don't think we should wait a whole day. He could do anything in that day."
"Then we'll do it tomorrow. Is that okay?" Hans asked Alan.
"Of course. When will you show me the vacation house so I know where she is? If something goes wrong." Alan asked and Elsa raised an eyebrow skeptically but Hans thought nothing of it.
"We'll take you now. No one can know about the plan but us." Hans said and looked up to Elsa. "Not even Anna."
"I know." She nodded, feeling weird about keeping something from Anna. "When will this all happen?"
"After it's dark outside, so after dinner time. If it's darker outside he's less likely to leave the castle and try to run away." Hans said and adjusted the cuffs on his long sleeve shirt. "Right after dinner we'll meet here and have Elsa taken out to the house by guards... That's pretty much the whole plan. The rest will fall into place tomorrow. I'll take Alan out to the house right now." Hans said to Elsa and she nodded, feeling a bit lonely but decided to spend time with her niece and nephew. In six months she'd have her own child and maybe helping with Mia and Conner would benefit Elsa when her baby is born.

"Anna?" Elsa asked and knocked at her door, waiting for her response.
"Just a second!" Anna yelled then a few seconds later. "Come in, actually." Anna said and Elsa opened the door, seeing Anna sitting on the bed feeding Conner under a blanket, covering her breast from sight. "Sorry, I wasn't thinking about you just coming in and I couldn't really open the door y'know?" Anna rambled and let out a deep, long sigh and smiled at Elsa.
"It's alright." Elsa smiled and sat down on the bed beside her.
"So," Anna said and pulled Conner away, making sure to keep the blanket over her chest. She plopped him down on her lap and started to pat him on the back, getting him to burp for her. "I have news." Anna said. "Kristoff and I are leaving for Corona... Rapunzel wanted to have us come visit."
"That sounds like fun." Elsa nodded slowly, wishing she could go with her to Corona. She missed Rapunzel since she last saw her. "I hope you have fun." Elsa smiled and Anna smiled back, relieved Elsa wasn't upset.
"I'm so glad you're not upset. I was scared and everything about you finding out, or I don't know..." Anna rambled and Elsa giggled. "I'm just, you know, rambling. I wish I could stop."
"Do you think Kristoff will enjoy his time?" Elsa asked and Anna nodded.
"I think so. I want Eugene and Kristoff to bond, or something." Anna smiled and looked down at Conner. He left out a small coo and looked at Elsa, moving his arms around and smiled at her. "He likes you." Anna smiled and held Conner out to Elsa, trying to offer her time to hold the baby. Elsa smiled down at Conner and took him, cradling him in her arms. She thought of looking down into her son or daughter's eyes and smiled just thinking about holding the baby and being a mother.
