"Alan?" Elsa said and tapped him on the shoulder, making him turn around to face her. "You wanted to talk?" She asked and he nodded, grabbing her wrist and pulled her out of the ballroom unnoticed.

"I do, or did." He said while they walked out of the castle's side doors and headed out to the garden.

"Why so secluded?" Elsa asked and became a little nervous. Alan hasn't been mean lately and actually hasn't tried coming onto Elsa either but what would he want to be so secluded for?

"I just wanted some privacy and it's too loud in there." Alan said and they arrived at the water fountain where Hans had proposed and they sat down together on the bench. "I wanted to talk to you because I'd like your forgiveness."

"What for?"

"After you had announced your engagement it was pretty solid for me to stop chasing after you, Hans had won and gotten your heart. I need to learn to respect boundaries that are placed in front of me. I've never been good with that but I want to fix it." He said and took in a quick, sharp breath. "I know that I can't fix the past but I want to try to change my future with my family and soon-to-be sister-in-law."

"Does Hans know you want to change?"

"No, I figured I'd talk to you about it first. You're more forgiving, I mean Hans tried taking your life but yet you'll be married." He said and Elsa tensed up, she never liked being reminded of that. It brought back too much pain. "I thought maybe you could convince him? It won't be easy but I know he could come around."

"What exactly do you want from me?"

"To be forgiven and for you to try to convince Hans."

"I think the only way for you to be forgiven by us is to prove yourself. Hans had to, so you should too."

"But I don't know how to prove myself?"

"I don't either." She said and looked down at her hands. "I just hope this isn't one of your games."

"It's not! I promise." He said and laid a hand on her leg, making her tense up again. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." He said and groaned. "I just want to be happy or be forgiven... Something!" He exclaimed, making Elsa jump a little.

"I'll talk to Hans about it but I can't make any promises that he'll forgive you." Elsa said and gave him a small smile. "I'm going to get back to the party now but I'll talk to him about it soon, I promise." She said and stood up from the bench, nodded at him briefly and walked back up to the castle doors. She slipped back into the party without anyone noticing she was gone and seemed to blend back into the crowd, smiling and greeting at everyone until she felt a small tug on her braid. She whipped around quickly and saw Hans towering over her with a small smile. "You scared me." She whispered and became wary of people around them, they were watching them closely and some even began whispering. "People are staring."

"I just would like a dance with my beautiful queen." He said and bowed to her, placing an arm behind his back and an arm around the front of him, holding his hand out to Elsa.

"No," She muttered and his eyes snapped up to her. "I can't dance."

"I saw you dancing earlier?" He said and straightened up in front of her, dropping his arms to his sides. "With Silas."

"I didn't have a choice." She rolled her eyes slightly and tapped her fingers nervously on the side of her dress. "I really can't dance. I'm afraid to fall or step on your feet."

"Your little feet couldn't hurt me, please dance with me?"

"Our first dance is supposed to be at our wedding." She whispered closely to him.
