It's been almost a week since Hans and Elsa told everyone of their pregnancy. Hans was busy at finding the person who poisoned Elsa and Elsa was busy finding names she liked for their child.
Elsa sat in the library, the same room where her father first gave her the white gloves, she sat with Anna while she looked through different books for a baby name.
"I know if the baby is a girl that I want to name her Grace for mom." Elsa said and smiled up to Anna.
"I'm sure mom would love that." She said and thought about Mia. "I guess I named her Mia because I thought it sounded strong for a girl's name."
"Ooh!" Elsa said and bookmarked a page quickly then showed Anna. "Look, the name Kenneth. That's so nice for a man's name, don't you think?"
"Yes," Anna giggled at how cute Elsa was being. She was so excited for the baby to come and to be a mother. "It's very powerful sounding, actually."
"I think Hans will like both names."
"Speaking of Hans, where is he?" Anna asked.
"Oh," Elsa said and shut the book, setting it down on the coffee table in front of her. "He's been busy with finding out who poisoned me. It's been pretty time consuming, I guess." She shrugged but gave her a small smile.
"I can tell that you aren't too happy about it."
"It's just he's so obsessed about it and it's frustrating-"
"Elsa!" Hans sang and entered into the library, coming over to her. "Hi, Anna." He smiled and looked back to Elsa. "I have some news."
"What's that?" She asked, a small smile on her lips but half of her knew what he was going to bring up. "I actually have news too."
"Yours first though." He smiled.
"I've picked a few names that I like for the baby. I like Kenneth and Grace."
"I love them, but why Grace?"
"It's my mother's name." She said and rested her chin on the palm of her hand, staring up into her husband's eyes. "What's your news?"
"I think I know who did it." He said and looked to Anna warily.
"I'd like to know who did this too." She said and he nodded.
"It had to of been my father, or Laila." He said and scratched his head slightly. "Alan said my father gave you a drink and was very persistent for you to drink it and you did. So, I'm thinking he did it. Do you remember anything about the drink? Even the color of it?"
"I... No, I don't remember. Although it might have been red... Or purple. Something like that. I do remember one day I saw your dad and he was holding a purple glass of wine and it was like déjà vu."
"I need to find that bottle he took it from. I'm going to head out into the castle and try to find it." He said and turned to Anna. "Do you think you could convince Kristoff to take my dad hunting?"
"You'd have to ask him, but I'm sure he'll say yes." He nodded and she looked over to Elsa and saw how she was feeling. He must've been a broken record but she loved him so much she didn't want to upset him. "But Hans," She said and he looked up at her. "Don't beat a dead horse, okay?"
"Um, okay." Hans nodded and looked more confused than ever. He shrugged slightly then looked down to Elsa. "I'm going to go. Is that okay? If not, I'll stay with you."
"Oh, no. I'm fine. I'm enjoying time with Anna, I don't want to impose on your plans either." She said and opened up another book to find a character's name for a possible baby name. With her nose stuck into the book their conversation was pretty much over and Hans left quietly but he could tell she wasn't all too happy he was obsessing over this.
"I tried telling him." Anna said and laid her hand on Elsa's arm. Elsa looked up and smiled, nodding and appreciating her sister's attempt but once Hans had an idea he was dead set.
"I know," She said. "Thank you for that but I'm just letting him go so he can find this all out then worry about me." She said and kind of shrugged. "I mean, he's obviously worried about me because he wants to find the person who did it and give them what they deserve. I just don't think he realizes I'm being shoved aside."
"You should talk to him about it." Anna said and grabbed one of Elsa's books then opened it up to help.
"I might." She said and found another name she liked, Elise. She pulled out her small notebook and wrote in the names Kenneth, Grace and Elise. They all sounded very nice for their child, it was just waiting to see what gender it was.
