It was a few days after Elsa began noticing her belly enlarging, and Anna was taking her to the doctor she had while she was pregnant.
They arrived at the building, a small brick house but the small house was determining Elsa's fate. She would either be pregnant and bringing a child into the mess of the castle or she would be over thinking her weight gain.
"You okay?" Anna asked, giving her a small smile before they entered.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Elsa smiled and entered into the house, immediately a tall woman with bleach blonde hair stood up from her desk and called out a man's name.
"Quinn! Queen Elsa is here!" She sung and ran up to Elsa.
"I thought this was discrete." Elsa muttered and the blonde frowned a little.
"Queen Elsa, this will be discrete. I wouldn't tell a soul." She smiled and stuck her hand out to Elsa, shaking Elsa's hand. Doctor Quinn came out in the waiting room and grinned from ear to ear when he saw Anna and Elsa. He came over to Anna quickly and took her hands into his.
"Anna! How are the children?" He asked. He stood about Kristoff's height, was already becoming bald, darker eyes and wore a simple black dress shirt, black pants and a white lab coat. "And Kristoff?"
"Hi, Quinn. The kids are doing great, Kristoff too. This is my sister, Elsa." Anna said and pointed over to Elsa.
"Hello, sweetheart! I'm Quinn Shaw, but you can call me Doctor Quinn or just Quinn." He said and was still grinning proudly.
"Hello, Doctor Quinn. I would like to keep this discrete and really only between us, at least until Hans knows."
"Yes, of course." Quinn nodded. "Alyson please keep Anna company while I'm doing Elsa's examination."
"Yes, sir." She nodded.
"Let's go then, Elsa." He said and started walking back through a hallway with Elsa following him. "I hope it's okay to just call you Elsa."
"Of course." Elsa nodded, and they entered into a small, bright room where there was a hospital bed and a small doctor's seat right at the end.
"Just have a seat and we'll get started." He said and picked up a clipboard, his pen and sat in his chair while Elsa made herself comfortable on the hospital bed. "When did you start showing?" He asked and pointed his pen at her tummy.
"Just a few days ago, but I didn't think it was that noticeable."
"Okay, and can I ask, when did you become sexually active with your husband?"
"Oh." Elsa said and thought back as far as she could to their first time they made love to each other. It was early August, right after Anna had Mia and Conner. "It was early August, but I doubt I'd get pregnant the first time."
"It is possible, and most likely that's when you did get pregnant because that'd put you at almost two months into your pregnancy. Most women don't start showing until at least the third month but everyone is different."
"When can you tell the sex of the baby?"
"Oh, hun, you figure that out when the child is born." He said and kept writing scribbles across the paper. Elsa wondered if he was even writing anything that made sense or just scribbling.
"When would I have the child do you think?"
"The beginning of May at the earliest, and the middle of May at the latest. Have you had your period recently?"
"No," Elsa said. "It's very late. At first I didn't think much of it being late but then my stomach started showing."
"Could you take a urine sample then if that doesn't come back as positive I'd like to have a blood test done, if that's okay."
"That's fine. Where do I take the urine sample?"
"In the restroom," He said and pointed at a narrow door near the door they came in through. "Take your time." He said and handed her a small plastic cup to urinate in.
"Thank you." Elsa said and slipped into the bathroom.

Later in Arendelle Hans was sitting by himself in Elsa's library, quietly sitting and staring around the room at Elsa's desk. He sat there contemplating on what to do first. He had paperwork to do but he wanted to do it right to not stress Elsa out. His other 'chore' was to hang Elsa's paintings she recently bought for the library.
"Anna," Elsa said outside of the door. She sounded like she had just been crying but Hans wasn't sure if it was a happy cry or sad cry. "I don't know what to do. I don't know if I can tell Hans." She said and slipped into the library but didn't notice Hans was even there.
"Tell me what?" Hans asked and stood from the leather chair, feeling his pants loosely hang on his hips and his shirt fell around his body. He stood tall, his hair was a frazzled mess from sitting at her desk all day trying to figure out who poisoned his wife.
"Oh! Hans." Elsa jumped quickly and Anna's eyes widened quickly.
"I'll see you later. If you need me I'll be there." Anna smiled and nodded at Hans briefly before scurrying off.
"Tell me what?" Hans asked again while Elsa shut the door, staying near it. She sighed and tears began falling down her cheeks, and she sat down on the floor in front of the door sobbing. "Elsa." Hans said and went over to her, bending at the knee to her level. "Hey, it's okay." He soothed and brought her against his chest.
"Hans, I'm pregnant." She said and pulled away from him to see his expression. At first it was complete shock, then came confusion then out of nowhere came a huge smile.
"That's great!" He smiled and leaned down, kissing her then hugged her tight to his body. "I'm so happy."
"You- you are?" She asked and wiped away her tears quickly.
"Of course. That's my child in there." He said and leaned down to Elsa's belly. "Hey there little guy," He said and looked up to Elsa. "Or my little girl," He added and she smiled, then nodded. She was so dead set on the baby being a girl. "I'm your daddy. Mommy and I can't wait for you to come out into this world so we can meet you." Hans smiled and kissed her tummy, feeling the slight hardness to it. He pulled away from her tummy and brought himself back to Elsa's level. "Why were you crying?" He asked.
"I was afraid to tell you." She whispered. "I don't think I want anyone to know."
"Elsa, we can't do that this time. We did that with the engagement, and a child is a completely different situation." He said and she nodded slowly. "Plus, you're probably less prone to being poisoned again if they know you're carrying a child."
"Okay," She nodded and stood from the floor, bringing Hans up with her. "But can we tell everyone at dinner tonight?"
"Of course, whatever you want." He smiled and kissed her again. He wrapped her up in his arms, and lifted her straight into the air. "We're having a baby!" He grinned and spun her around in the air for a few seconds then brought her back to her feet.
"I'm so happy that you're excited." Elsa confessed and they kissed again, but not so brief this time. Everything was finally working out for them. The only problem remaining was for Hans to find the person who attempted to kill Elsa. It was more important for him to find the killer now than ever, his wife and child's lives were at stake.
