Elsa stood in the dining room, pacing in front of the fireplace and wondered how she was going to explain Hans being here and staying until August.

"Elsa." Hans said and walked into the dining room and over to Elsa who still kept pacing.

"Hi," She said and didn't really look up at him.

"Why are you pacing?"

"I don't know how to explain to Anna that you're here."

"You could just say that I'll be staying here on business terms and I could explain how I've changed?"

"Okay." She nodded and he walked over to her and laid his hands on her shoulders. "This is stressful."

"I don't want to cause you stress." He said quietly and heard footsteps coming down the hallway, towards the dining room. "Just take deep breaths, calm yourself and if she starts to freak out I'll leave the room." He said and let go of Elsa and stood beside her, bracing himself for the feisty and pregnant Anna.

"I was thinking Aubrey or something like Aria." Anna said to Kristoff before they entered the dining room.

"We have to consider boy names too but I like whatever you like." Kristoff said and they walked into the dining room. Anna looked up and stopped right in her tracks and looked from Hans to Elsa.

"What's going on here?" Anna asked and didn't seem all that angry, just confused. "Why's Hans here?"

"Hi, Anna." Hans said and waved to her like he did after she left him to go to the coronation ball. "Kristoff." He said and nodded at Kristoff, who brought his pregnant wife closer to him. "No, no. Please don't act like that. I won't hurt her or you." He said to Kristoff and looked over at Elsa. "I won't hurt Elsa either. If you noticed she isn't fearful of me."

"I can tell." Anna said and laid her hand on her belly. Her stomach looked like it was going to burst at any second. "Well," She said and kept looking at Elsa. "I guess I welcome you back to Arendelle but only if you promise to not try to take the crown from Elsa." She smirked.

"I won't. I've changed... I was the Hans that you first met." Hans said and laughed.

"Ha." Anna said nervously and began blushing with avoiding Kristoff. "Anyway," She said and looked over at Elsa. "We should eat."

"Agreed." Elsa said and looked up at Hans and smiled at him. They all sat down at the already set dinner table and began to dig into the large, perfectly cooked chicken and the few sides that went with the meal. Elsa sat across from Anna, Kristoff beside her and Hans sat beside Elsa.

"You've been awfully quiet, Elsa." Anna said and stuffed some of the chicken into her mouth.

"I haven't got much to say." Elsa shrugged but was lying completely. She had so much to say but didn't know what she should say. There was the Hans situation then Anna's pregnancy.

"Why are you here, Hans?" Anna asked, somewhat catching Hans off guard.

"I'm here on business terms. I came with a shipment of what we trade with your country and I have to stay until August before another boat comes from the Southern Isles with another shipment then I can return home. I really do hope I'm not a bother."

"You're not." Elsa said to him and looked over to Anna. "He's said he's changed."

"I need proof. Not just anyone's word now."

"I understand and I'll do whatever I can to fix the past or at least move past it and begin a new chapter." Hans told her.

"I hope you know how hard that will be, Hans." Anna snapped at him and looked over at Elsa, who was trying to hide her face from them. "After you trying to kill her, Elsa would have nightmares of you trying to kill her. She would wake up screaming and crying about how I froze, how much of a monster she thinks she is and how would such a good person try to kill her."

"Anna." Elsa cautioned her. "That doesn't need to be talked about at all."

"Elsa-"

"Drop the subject, Anna. Now. We are not doing this at the dinner table." She snapped, when she slammed her hand down on the table ice spread around her hand. She gasped and pulled her hand away, everyone watching her.

"Just know that you have your work cut out for my forgiveness. For some reason Elsa wants to forgive you and think that you're a good person but you're not, you're still the monster that tried to kill us both." Anna said and pushed her chair out from the table. "I only act like this, Elsa, because I love you and I want you safe." She stood up from the table and stormed out of the dining room and to her bedroom. Kristoff apologized for her outburst under his breath and ran after his wife.

"Anna!" He yelled while catching up to her. "You shouldn't run. Please stop." He pleaded but she kept her pace and kept her face hidden in her hands while she cried. "You could hurt the baby." He said and grabbed her shoulders, bringing her to a halt.

"I can't believe he's here. I just want everyone safe! I thought everything was perfect but no, Hans had to come and screw up my dream." She yelled, with Hans being able to hear her loud and clear he looked over to Elsa.

"I should leave. I can't stay here and know what I'm doing to Anna." He said to Elsa and looked back down at his food.

"Don't leave." Elsa whispered. "I mean you don't have to. Anna will get past this. All you have to do is prove to all of us that you've changed."

"I will. I'll do everything in my power to prove that I've changed my ways. I'm no longer power crazy and taking Arendelle hasn't been a thought this whole trip or since I left with my brothers years ago."

"Are you finished eating?" She asked politely, making sure not to sound like she was rushing him or angry. She stood up from her chair and straightened her dress. "I'll have to show you to your room."

"Oh, yes. I'm finished. I don't have much of an appetite anymore."

"Me either." She agreed. He stood from his chair and towered over Elsa. He looked down at her and smiled, his beautiful green eyes sparkling. "Um-" She said and lost her focus from his entrancing eyes. "I'll show you to your room now."

"Thank you." He said and gestured for her to lead the way.
