#19 Daddy Daughter Week

Niall's POV

Y/n had just left to go to Toronto for a family wedding. I was invited but we didn't want Aaliyah having to stay with someone for a week so I just told y/n to go.

"Daddyyyyyyy!" Aaliyah yelled running into the kitchen where I was. "What's up princess?" I asked my 3 year old daughter. "Music! Put your music on!" She said. "You want to listen to one direction?" I asked and she nodded. "C'mon then" I said as I walked into the living room.
I plugged my phone into the speakers and put on the one direction playlist I had.

I sat on the sofa while i watched Aaliyah dance around and sing along to our songs.

"You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you" she sang. "And you'll never treat yourself right darling but I want you to, if I let you kno-o-w I'm here for you maybe you'll love yourself like I" she sang soflty. "You Sing!" She said. "Love you ohhh" I sang and she smiled.

"I'm bored now" she said sitting on the sofa and leaning onto me.
"What do you want to do then?" I asked. She shrugged. "Nando's? Park? Movies?" I suggested. "Park!" She said.
"You need your shoes on" I said bending down in front of her to help her put her shoes on. "No daddy! I'm a big girl! I do it myself" she said .
I watched her as she started to struggle putting them on. "Daddy" she said cutely. "Can you help me?" She asked.
"Of course princess" I said helping her put her shoes on.

I then put her coat on her and made sure I had my keys and phone. I walked to the door and unlocked it, Aaliyah went out first then me locking the door behind me.

"Aaliyah, hand" I said holding my hand out to her which she happily held.

We walked hand in hand to the park that was a 15 minute walk from our house.

We arrived at the park, the play area was empty.

"C'mon daddy!" Aaliyah said dragging me to the park.

I let her run around and play on the park for about 20 minutes.

"Daddy, in tired" she said. "Do you want to go home?" I asked and she nodded. I held my hand out to her and she shook her head raising her arms up towards me.
I sighed and picked her up placing her on my hip.

"What do you want to do when we get home?" I asked as I walked through the streets with her on my hip. "Sleep" she mumbled rubbing her eyes. I could tell she was tired.

We arrived home and I unlocked the door. I quickly made Aaliyah something to eat which she gladly ate. "C'mon then let's get you to bed" I said to her picking her up.

I carried her upstairs into her bedroom and got her some pyjamas out. I helped her change into her pyjamas then she lied down in her bed. I tucked her in. "Story?" I asked and she shook her head. I nodded and sat on the edge of her bed kissing her forehead.

"Goodnight Princess" I said . "Goodnight , I love you daddy" she whispered and I smiled. "Love you too princess" I said standing up. I turned her night light on and turned the big light off. I left the room, leaving the door open slightly.
