Our 11 month old son, Ethan, was due to take his first steps and talk any moment.
He will stand up against the furniture but he doesn't walk.
We were currently outside in the back garden. Niall picked Ethan up and stood a distance away from me. Niall held Ethan's hands and I took a picture. I began recording to see if he'd walk. "Come on Ethan! Come to mummy!" I said in a baby voice. "Go to mummy!" Niall told him. He slowly started taking shaky steps forward. Niall slowly let go of his hand and Ethan took shaky steps towards me finally reaching me. "Well done baby!" I said stopping the recording and picking him up, kissing his head. "That's my boy!" Niall said proudly and kissed his forehead.
