#81 He talks about your kids in an interview

Niall's POV

I was currently sat opposite Ellen in an interview.
"So Niall, you have 4 kids? 3 boys and 1 girl?" Ellen said and I nodded. "Yes I do" I replied smiling.
"So how old are they all now?" She asked.
"Ethan is 15, Liam is 13, Luke is 9 and Aaliyah is 4" I told her.

"I think I'm definitely stricter with Aaliyah than the boys, like if it wasn't for y/n I would probably let her get away with everything" I explained.
"So what's it like at home with 4 children?" She asked.
"Good, a few weeks ago I was actually playing football with Ethan, Liam and Luke and the Aaliyah came outside . She had a really pretty dress on that day, it was white with sequins, and she had a pair of pink football boots on with it. I let her join in and she ended up being covered in mud, y/n wasn't very happy after that and we did actually have to throw the dress out because we couldn't get the mud out" I explained laughing.
"As much as y/n and I would like her to be a sort of girly girl who wears cute dresses, cute shoes , has tea parties with her teddys and is obsessed with the colour pink, I don't think it's ever going to be like that because she takes after me way to much" I added.

"What do you mean by she takes after you though?" Ellen asked.
"Well for starters, she's another miniature version of me like Ethan is, she likes football and golf like I do, she likes music and she never stops eating, like me" I said and Ellen laughed.

"What about the boys? Who are they most like?" She asked.
"Well Ethan , he looks like me but has a mixture between my personality and
y/n's personality, Liam has my eyes and hair, but y/n's lips and nose and his personality is more like y/n's, he's quite shy and reserved. And Luke is just a mixture really, he has my eyes and lips, but y/n's hair and nose and personality wise he's shy like y/n but also loud and obnoxious around people he knows quite well, he also lives to make people smile" I explained.

"Do you think you and y/n will have another baby one day?" She asked.
"Probably not, as much as I would like to have another baby around the house, the chances are quite slim,for me I think 5 children will be a bit too much. I loved it when all 4 of mine were babies but it probably won't happen, but ya never know" I said.

"Why do you enjoy them being babies so much?" She asked.
"I like how they had to depend on y/n and I for everything,I liked the feeling of somebody needing me to be there at all times. I also love seeing them develop from a newborn to a toddler, after that it's horrible because you realise how old you are" I said laughing.
"But I just love seeing them grow, say their first words, take their first steps and crawl for the first time and things like that" I explained.

"What was their first words?" She asked.
"Ethan's first word was kind of two words, he said  'grandma ora' when he was 11 months old, he meant grandma Maura, which is my mum" I explained.
"Liam's first word was Mumma, because he's a massive mummy's boy, he and y/n are so close, he said that about two weeks after his first birthday" I told her.
"Luke's first word was 'Louis' but he didn't pronounce the L properly, Luke has always loved Louis , which is why he said that and he said that around a week before his first birthday" I told her.
"And Aaliyah first word was 'dadda' because obviously she's a massive daddy's girl and loves me a lot,  she said that about 3 weeks after her first birthday" I said chuckling.

"So you hate seeing them grow up?" She asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, I just want them to all stay the age they are now, I hate seeing them grow up,I feel so old. And in 3 years Ethan could legally move out" I explained
