#20: your daughter won't stop crying when he's looking after her
Niall's POV
Y/n was visiting her parents for the weekend, they live in the north of England and I decided to stay home with out one month old daughter, Aaliyah.
I was sat on the sofa watching to and Aaliyah was lied next to me , wide awake.
She started to get fussy so I gave her one of her toys to play with and tried to put her dummy in her mouth. She kept her mouth shut and finally took the dummy after 5 minutes.
As soon as she finally took the dummy, she spat it out and began whining, it soon turning to a cry. I picked her up, holding her in my arms. "Shhh princess, daddy's here" I soothed but she was still crying.
"Are you hungry? Do you want a bottle princess?" I asked making her a bottle with her still in my arms. Once the bottle was ready I tried to feed her it but she refused, either moving her head or keeping her mouth shut. I sighed putting the bottle down on the worktop.
@NiallOfficial: Aaliyah won't stop crying. How can I make a baby stop crying? I've tried giving her a dummy, feeding her, rocking her and I've even made funny faces at her but nothing works!
People started to reply instantly. One caught my eye which I hadn't thought to do.

I took her upstairs and started to run the bath for her. I got out a towel , a onesie and a clean nappy for her.
Once the bath was done I checked the temperature and it was perfect.
I undressed Aaliyah and gently placed her in the bath, supporting her with one of my arms.
She started to calm down. "You like the water honey?" I asked and she just stared at me. "Are you just going to stare at daddy?" I asked .
"Does my little princess like the water! Is it fun cutie?" I asked in a baby voice bopping her nose with my finger.
She smiled and splashed the water. "You just live the water , don't you" I said putting some of the water on her brown hair.
Some of the water trickled down on her face and she closed her eyes tightly and opened them again smiling and giggling. "Did you like that?" I asked and she smiled looking up at me with her big blue eyes. I put some water on her cheeks and she smiled and giggled again. She made some baby noises and started splashing the water with her hands and feet.
"Careful princess, you're getting water on me" I said and she smiled splashing the water again. I chuckled and shook my head.
Once I washed her hair and body i took her out of the bath putting her dressing gown on her and took a picture for twitter.

I picked her up holding her against my chest. "You're like a little burrito aren't you" I said rocking her. She smiled up at me and closed her eyes, drifting off to sleep.
I kept rocking her until she was fully asleep. Once she was asleep I quickly changed her into her onesie being careful not to wake her and took her to mine and y/n's bedroom.
I gently placed her in her pink Moses basket and covered her with a blanket and placed her teddy bear next to her.
"Goodnight princess, I love you" I whispered kissing her forehead.
