#72 Talking about having another baby(his pov)

Niall's POV

Our daughter , Aaliyah, is now 3 years old. I was thinking that it could be time that we extend our family but I don't know how to tell her I want another baby. I was planning on telling her once we get home from my mums house.

"You ready?" I asked y/n and Aaliyah. "Yeah" y/n replied standing up. "I got myself dressed today daddy! And I even brushed my teeth myself!" She said running up to me. I smiled grabbing her hand leading  her out the door.
"Really? Well done princess!" I said as I put her in her car seat and fastened her in. She smiled. "I'm a big girl now!" She said happily and I nodded. "I know you are! You're 4 now!" I said enthusiastically and got in the driver seat and began the drive to my mums house.

"Hello Maura" y/n said greeting my mum with a hug."hey mum" I said hugging her. "Grandma! I missed you!" Aaliyah said hugging her. "I missed you too sweetie! Why don't you go and play with Theo and uncle Greg in the garden?" My mum suggested and she nodded eagerly and ran into the back garden. My mum, y/n and I followed her into the back garden.
"I have the cutest grandchildren" she said and we smiled.

I sat down in between Greg and y/n.
"Auntie y/n! Uncle Niall!" Theo shouted running to y/n and I. Y/n stood up and caught him, swinging him around and placing him back on the floor. Theo was 6, he was two years older than Aaliyah.
Theo hugged y/n and then hugged me. He then ran back to Aaliyah.

"I'll go make us some drinks" my mum said getting up and going inside. I followed her so I could help. She turned around and jumped as she saw me, placing a hand over her chest. "Oh my , Niall, you need to stop doing that! You used to do it when you was younger too!" She said and I laughed loudly and she shook her head at me.
"It's pretty funny" I said making some drinks.
"It's not, but on a serious note, when am I getting another grandchild from you and y/n?" She asked. I turned a slight shade of red.

"Umm..I don't know" I told her. "Do you want another?" She asked me. "Honestly, I do want another baby but I don't know how to tell y/n that I want another." I told her. "Just tell her that you want another" She said and i nodded.

Aaliyah was asleep in her bedroom and y/n and I were lied in bed cuddling. "Y/n, can I ask you something?" I asked. "Sure" she said sitting up with em.
"Um..can we have another baby?" I asked her nervously. She smiled widely. "I've actually wanted to ask you that for a while but I was too scared to, of course I want another baby with you" she said.
"Well are you up to making that wish come true tonight?" I asked cheekily and winked at her. "Maybe I am" she said flirtatiously.
I rolled over, hosting above her, our faces inches apart. "Me too, why don't we try now?" I asked leaning in and kissing her lips passionately.
