#29 Travelling while pregnant

"You ready to go princess?" Niall asked coming into our bedroom.
"Nearly but can you please help me tie my shoes the gigantic stomach is in the way" I said and Niall chuckled and nodded.
He kneeled down in front of me and began to tie my shoes. "How are my two little babies?" Niall said kissing my stomach. "Active,enjoy abusing me" I said and he laughed. "I'm guessing they've been kicking?" He said and I nodded.

"Right, let's go to Ireland!" Niall said helping me up off the bed.
As we left our bedroom we walked past the two nurseries, one blue and one pink.
"Just think in less than 3 months our babies will be here" I said and Niall smiled.
"Can't wait to finally meet them and hold them" he said.

We where currently on the plane to Ireland. We where mid flight.
I yawned and rested my head on Niall's shoulder. "Travelling while feeling like a whale is tiring!" I said closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep.

"Hello" Maura greeted excitedly as she opened the door. "Hey mum" Niall said hugging her. "Hey Maura" I said hugging her. "Wow! Last time I saw you, you had no bump!" She said as we came inside. "Having the bump makes it all seem real, even though I still can't get my head around the fact that I'll be a dad to two babies" Niall said basically telling them it's twins, they didn't know the gender or that it was twins yet.

"You're having twins?" Greg and Bobby asked simultaneously. Niall and I both nodded as we sat on the sofa.
"This is amazing! Congrats you two" Denise said and we smiled .
"Two more little grandchildren" Maura said smiling.
"Do you know the genders?" Denise asked and we nodded.
"What genders are they?" Greg asked.
"Please be boys!" Theo said. "Please be girls! I could do with a granddaughter!" Maura said and I looked at Niall and we both smiled.
"Well lucky for us, it's a boy and a girl" Niall told them. "Yes!" Maura said and she came over to us hugging Niall and then me.

"So how far along are you now?" Bobby asked. "6 months" I told them.
"Have you done the nurseries yet?" Maura asked and I nodded. "There's pictures on Niall's phone, they have separate nurseries but they'll be sleeping in our room in these two Moses baskets we have up until they're a few months old"  I explained.

Niall got the photos on his phone to show his mum.
"Aww they're amazing, so who decorated them?" She asked. "It was me and the boys, we sort of did it as a little surprise while y/n was visiting her parents for the day I asked them to come help me" Niall said.
"Well you've done a good job" Maura said and Niall smiled.
