#169 Mummy's Boy

Your POV

Today, Niall and I are going to visit Niall's family with our 1 year old son, Ethan.

"Let's go buddy!" Niall said and picked Ethan up and placed him on his hip.
Ethan could say a few words but not a lot.

"We are gonna go see Grandma, Grandpa, uncle Greg, Auntie Denise and Theo!" Niall told him in a baby voice as we walked to the car.

I took Ethan from Niall and placed him in his car seat and fastened his seat belt.

We arrived at Mauras house.
I got Ethan out of the car and put him on his feet, holding his hand as we all walked to the door together.

Ethan let go of my hand and ran to the door.
"That's my boy! You'll be a footballer in no time!" Niall said and I smiled.

We were all sat in the living room.
I was sat in between Niall and Maura and on the other sofa was Greg,Denise and Bobby. Theo and Ethan were on the floor playing together.

"Mamma!!" Ethan said happily and took shaky steps to me.
I smiled and picked him up sitting him on my lap.
"Hey baby!" I said smiling and I kissed his cheek .
"He's such a mummy's boy!" Niall said.
"What wrong with that? You jealous?" I asked. "No" he mumbled.

"Theo!"Ethan said. Theo stood in front of me and Ethan ruffled his hair. Theo giggled which made Ethan giggle.

"I have the cutest grandchildren in the whole world!" Maura said and pinched Ethan's cheeks making him giggle.
"What about your actual children?" Greg asked jokingly.
"Aww you're both cute too" Maura cooed and pinched Niall's cheeks and then Greg's.
"Mum, we aren't like 4" Niall said and Maura rolled her eyes.

"One of you need to have a little girl, I could do with a granddaughter" Bobby said. "Ethan's still a baby so not yet , a few more years until we have another one" Niall said.
Bobby looked at Greg and Denise.
"Wow!wow! Wait! Theo is still only a toddler" Denise said and chuckled.
"Excuses, excuses" Maura said jokingly.

"I promise mum, you'll get a granddaughter from us in a few years, I don't know about Greg though" Niall chuckled.
