Okay, so I'm sure you all are wondering what happened to me in the last 2 weeks.
Well, allow me to tell you. So sit back, grab a cup of hot cocoa, and relax as I spin the tales of my most recent history.
Two days after my most recent post, I went with my family on a vacation to the East Coast (aka NEWFOUNDLAND). This was our second time going and it was as spectacular as I remembered it. After we landed in St. John's, we went to Bonavista and stayed for three days. We took a ton of pictures on the second day of our arrival--unfortunately, I forgot my camera that day, so my phone would have to do. We went upon the Skerwink trail for a bit (four hours, if you count all the times we stopped to take pictures), then we went to see puffins (cutest birds ever!) and then a little bit more hiking and sightseeing at the Dungeon Provincial Park.
Then we went to Twillingate--AND WE SAW A BUNCH OF ICEBERGS--MORE THAN WE HAD IN BONAVISTA. AND LOTS OF RAINY DAYS AND MIST. But the hospitality was very welcoming! We celebrated Canada Day there too--the coldest one for such an important occasion, but one made memorable by the locals there.
