It can be so hard to breathe
with all these invisible hands
choking me out
holding me down
clenching my muscles
squeezing my brain
crushing my heart
stretching me thin
tugging and pulling
in every direction
all at once
paralyzing me
with the crippling anxiety
caused by the constant suffocation
of limitless indecision
