Angels are dying fast 

stripped of their wings 

falling from the sky 

decaying in mortal coils 

no one left to pray to them 

Demons are running amok 

pulling our strings like crossed wires lighting on fire 

they spit in the faces of purity and generosity 

spreading legions of hateful desecraters 

burning our foundations of morality to the ground 

tainting what little good we still have left 

Hell is empty and all the devils are here

there's nowhere left to run

evil has taken over

and all the saints from every side

are too timid to sound their trumpets
