making me the group scapegoat for all your pointless disasters?

condemning me

because I stood up for what's right

when you thrived on being cruelly wrong?

for not being as vapid, coldhearted and fake as you?

ostracizing me

for being the only one that wouldn't play along

with your hateful games?

I'm not even mad anymore 

because you were technically right all along 

I really am nothing like you 

I never have been 

I never will be  

I never belonged with you 

I never fit in with you 

I was never meant to be one of you 

and I thank the stars above every single day 

that I didn't turn out rotten
