They searched for a movie after deciding on a suspense.
”The Shining ?” Jordan questioned skeptically
“Awesome movie “she murmured nodding.
Jordan settled back on a pillow finding a comfortable spot hitting play.
Steph still sat nervously planted on the side of the bed, closer to the foot legs dangling . Jordan patted the side again
“That can’t be comfortable. Come sit here with me, please?” he whispered.
Deciding she was being completely juvenile and not the grown woman she was Steph smiled as she sat on the bed beside him.
Scooting back on the bed Steph leaned back on the headboard too nervous to move closer to him. Jordan hoped she would relax so they could enjoy being together. They were about an hour and a half into the film when the part with the twin girls in the hallway freaked Steph out .It never had before but this time it scared the shit out of her ,damn near jumping into Jordan’s lap as she realized what she did ,Steph immediately moved back to her spot on the bed. A chill crept through her when she felt him pull her closer into his side. Startled she shifted slightly to look at him .Shrugging he smiled at her while in his raspy voice Jordan admitted
“It just felt right. If it makes you feel uncomfortable .I’ll move away from you. I understand .it’s ok I’m sorry” Jordan babbled nervously as he started to move away and Steph shyly shook her head already feeling the emptiness created as he moved away.

Saying nothing Jordan slid an arm around her waist as he pulled her closer into his side. Silently they continued to watch the movie. He absently rubbed her back ,occasionally stroking her hair.
“I still make you nervous don’t I “ Jordan questioned huskily
“N-no “ she whispered
Leaning closer, pressing his lips to hers he murmured
“Yes I do .Why?”
“Because you’re you a-and I’ve had a thing for you since I was twelve. Y-you know the schoolgirl crush kinda thing” Steph stammered nervously.
Tracing her lower lip with his tongue Jordan persuaded her mouth open deepening the kiss
“You’re not a school girl anymore “
Lacing his hands in her hair Jordan guided Steph’s head so that her mouth was inches from his.
“I hope this is ok. I’ve wanted to kiss you again so badly baby ” Jordan murmured nipping gently at her lower lip
