Just when I thought things were going well, I saw that some of my family were getting harmed.
Let's move back a bit. When I was having fun at the Festival, I heard a loud commotion and everyone was running and screaming.
"What's going on?" Iris asked.
My first that was that the enemy made their move. Knowing this, I had to get the others out of here.
I got Nami, Fate, and Iris and guided them away from the Festival. I tried calling Leontine but she didn't answer.
I was getting worried so once I got the others out of harm's way, I went out to see what's going on. Unfortunately, Iris didn't want me to leave.
When I was about to head out, I felt Iris pull on my sleeve and held on tight.
"Please don't leave." She begged me.
"I need to be out there, Iris. Don't worry, I'll be fine." I assured her.
After that, Iris let go and I ran off to see what was going on. I first, went to an unoccupied alleyway and then changed into my Karma costume.
Once I was in my costume, I jumped on the roofs and ran along them. I was now heading towards to where the trouble was occurring.
I finally made it to where the commotion was but it wasn't looking good. What I saw actually pissed me off.
I saw Yuno, Emerald, and Elizabeth fighting two enemies. One was a little girl and the other was a buff guy.
The buff guy didn't seem to do anything but that little girl was off the rails. The worse part is that she harmed Elizabeth.
I could tell that Elizabeth was damaged due to the marks and bruises. It was safe to say that I wasn't in a good mood.
The little girl attempted to attack Yuno and that's when I kicked her into a building. After that, I took care of the buff guy.
He actually put up quite a fight. I was holding back when I was fighting him but I needed to let loose a little in order to take him down quickly.
Once they were taken care of, I went to check up on the others.
"You guys okay?" I asked.
"Master!" Yuno then rushed to me and tackled me to the ground.
"Yuno, please get off me!" I ordered her.
Yuno realized what she was doing and quickly got off me.
"I'm sorry, Master!"
"It's alright, I'm not mad," I told her.
I then went over to Elizabeth to see how she is.
"How are you feeling?" I asked her.
"I'm slightly damaged but I can still fight." She told me.
"That won't be necessary. I'll be taking care of things now. You did a great job protecting the people."
"But, Master, I wasn't able to save some of them. The enemy was able to kill some of the civilians."
Damn, I didn't think that they would kill people. I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
"It's alright. I should've known that the civilians would get killed but I was too careless. It's not your fault." I told her.
Elizabeth looked touch that I didn't blame her for letting the people get killed. I mean, it wasn't her fault.
Considering the injuries she's suffered, I say she did all she could. That's all I could ask from her.
