This isn't good . . . This is so not good.

As soon as I got back from the shop, I saw everything was trashed. There was water and the wooden floor was destroyed.

Those assholes are going to pay for the damage they inflicted on my shop. While thinking this, I was also worried about Rose.

She said that she was fine but I was to make sure. Once we got to the lab, I told Leontine to check on her while I figure out our next move.

From what Rose told me, Emerald is currently tracking down Scarlett who was kidnapped by Infernus's sisters. Once she knows the location of where Scarlett's being held, she'll inform me and we'll engage.

Before that happens, I need to find a way to deal with them. Since the sisters are the same as Infernus, they'll be difficult to handle.

Even if all the auto-maids, Leontine, and Kenji and Yuno join in the fight, it might not be enough. I need a fool-proof plan before I do anything.

The question is, what do I do to ensure victory? Since the sister spirits are all based on the four primary elements, it should be obvious that I should find their weaknesses associated with their elements.

Infernus's weakness is water, that's easy to understand.

For the blue-haired girl, since she's associated with water, her weakness would have to be electricity and ice. That would mean that Yuno would have to be against her.

The light brown-haired girl is obviously associated with earth like I predicted so her weakness would be air, I think. Just to be safe, I'll think of another alternative if air doesn't work out.

Last but not least was the green-haired girl. She must be associated with air so her weakness would be . . . fire, I believe.

Since fire spreads more if the wind hits it, that would give the fire user the advantage.

Okay, I figured out their weaknesses but I'm still uncertain that it'll work. I need to come up with a plan B if plan A fails.

Should I consider magic canceling devices? Hmm, let's see what I can do with them.

If I had magic canceling devices, then it'll be easy to subdue the enemy because they won't be able to use their elemental magic. Alright, let's get started!

-Aquanis's POV-

"Let me out!" The vessel that Infernus possessed demanded.

Our sister's vessel was currently locked in a cage to prevent her from escaping. Once we are able to get our sister back, she'll be out of the cage.

The problem is that we have no idea how our sister is locked away in the vessel. Usually, Infernus would take control of the vessel whenever she wants but it seems that she's unable to.

Not only that but we still can't sense her even when we have the vessel in our grasps. Somethings preventing her from possessing the girl.

Is it a spell? It might be a holy spell but there aren't that many holy spells that can prevent possession of Infernus's level.

Still, we can't rule out that factor.

"Aquanis, what should we do with her?" Basalt asked.

"We keep her locked up until we find a way to get our sister back," I told her.

"But how? This is a first time any of us has witnessed something like this. We can't sense our sister is even inside the vessel, much less find a way to get her back in possession of the body." Azura told me.

She's got a point. If we want our sister back, we need to get the person who sealed her to do it.

That means . . .

"I hate to do this but I know that the person that took down our sister won't easily assist us. It's possible that he's helping the vessel to try and rid her of our sister. Since that's the case, we'll force him to surrender and give us back Infernus.

"What's the plan, Aquanis?" Basalt asked.

"For now, we get everything we can on the person that's had our sister. After that, we attack him and whoever's with him."

This means we'll be up against those maids again. The red-haired was able to blow away Basalt's rock suspender with fire.

Even though her flames couldn't begin to compare with our sisters, she'll obviously be troublesome. There was also that green-haired girl.

She kind of reminds me of Azura. Not in appearance but in auras.

Could it be that like the red-haired maid, she could use an element? It's possible but I can't jump to conclusions with just this.

(Author's Note: I changed Emerald's element to wind magic to match Azura. It just makes sense to me and I didn't realize that before.)

Still, we need to be wary of not only the red-haired girl but also the green-haired one. There might be more so I need to be sure that we get all the information needed to engage.

I suddenly felt a presence near us. We were in an abandoned building where we could be alone but I'm sensing someone else.

"Azura, call your bird and tell it to scour the area," I told her.

"Right."

Azura then called her bird and ordered it to look around our vicinity. Once it got back, Azura gave her report.

"There doesn't seem to be any enemies near us but there does seem to be traces of wind magic being used. The trail went cold after about a mile."

Traces of wind magic? Then doesn't that mean . . .

"Get everything ready to depart," I told them.

"What's wrong?" Basalt asked.

"I believe that we were being spied on. If we stay here then we'll risk getting ambushed."

They both got the picture and started to get everything ready to go.

"Hey, what's going on-Ahhhh!"

One of Basalt's children picked up the cage that held Infernus's vessel. This made the vessel scream with fear.

I ignored her and went back to preparing. I may be over-reacting but I can't take any chances with these people.

They were able to take on our sister and win, so fighting them now would be reckless and stupid.

Until we have everything ready to fight them, we need to keep our distance.

-Emerald's POV-

I'm surprised that they spotted me.

I was sure that Mother's stealth mode would be able to hide my presence from them but I guess not. I'll have to talk to her about it so something like this won't happen again.

What's worse is that I used my magic to escape so now the enemy definitely knows that they were being watched and will leave their hideout. Well, if I didn't use magic to escape then I'll likely end up like Scarlett and held hostage and that'll only upset Master.

Although they're escaping, I didn't leave before I was able to get something out of this. I was able to analyze them and record all of their magic signatures.

With this, Master will be able to track them.

I wonder if Master and Mother will praise me for this. That would be nice.
