After those demons took Almore and the others, the rest of us left the Temple and returned to the lab.
Elizabeth needed to be repaired along with Ruby and Sapphire who were slightly damaged by their attackers. Kenji wasn't too damaged to be needing repairs but I fixed him up anyway just to be safe.
While Leontine and I were repairing our automatons, we also decided to upgrade them. Now, both the maids and my bodyguards are far stronger than before.
We also have the maids elemental abilities. Ruby was fire, Sapphire was water, Emerald was wind, and Elizabeth was Earth.
They had the four basic elements and were able to use mid-level elemental magic abilities. As for Kenji and Yuno, they were given high-level magic spells.
Since they're the maids' superiors, they needed to remain on top as a sign of higher authority. The maids understood what that meant and didn't argue with us.
After all of the automatons were repaired, my bodyguards and I left the base to head back to the Inn. When we arrived, the others were waiting for us.
Just like before, Iris tackled me to the ground and was crying and was happy that I was safe. Is this going to be a routine thing whenever I go out to fight?
After Iris was done crying, we explained everything including us fighting the demons. Since Fate was there, she gets to know what happened and I don't get to repeat myself.
"I see, so Arthur was actually a demon." Fate muttered.
"Yeah, and not only that but he was the prince of demons. If word got out that the Prince of the demons attacked Yona City, it would be possible that a war would've started." Nami stated.
"You're not wrong. It's a good thing those demons came in when they did or we would've had to turn them in and that would've led to an inevitable war." I added.
If a war between demons and humans started and it was because of us, I have no doubt in my mind that I would do everything in my power to stop it. That's why I'm relieved to have those other demons come in when they did and flying away with the Prince.
"So, what are we going to do now? The Festival's over but not in a good way." Nami asked.
Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Not only that but I didn't even get to use my Rocket Launcher!
I've spent hours on that thing! I can't just let it go to dust.
Damn it! I don't want to leave until I got to use my launcher!
Fate felt my angry aura and looked worried.
"What's wrong, Yuuto?" She asked.
"Since the Festival was put to an end due to the fight, I wasn't able to use my launcher. I wanted to use it during the Festival but it looks like that's not going to happen."
"I see."
Fate sat there for a few moments pondering about it then spoke again.
"If you like, we could find a place to use your launcher." She offered.
"Really?!" I ran up to her and looked her in the eyes to see if she wasn't lying to me.
"S-sure. I actually want to see this launcher thing so this is a win-win for both of us."
It seems that Fate wanted to see our launcher in action. That's all I needed to hear.
"Do you know a place where we could use the Launcher?" Fate asked.
