You should go rewatch episode 12x10, "Lily Sunders Has Some Regrets"
Because I honestly don't think there is any better episode that 100% shows Dean and Cas as a fighting married couple.
It's that one episode where Cas is a dissatisfied wife.
And Team Free Will is just sitting in the Impala in silence, Cas glaring at Dean, Dean stewing in anger, and Sam literally suffocating in the sexual tension. It's so obvious, you can SEE it.
They're just such a married couple in 12x10, it's great.
