In the Mystery Spot episode, Sam is trapped in a time loop on a Tuesday, and on one of the days, Dean dies (presumably of food poisoning) after saying "Do these tacos taste funny to you?"

And it gets better.
The episode is based on the movie Groundhog Day, where a guy is trapped in a time loop.
Groundhog Day was released in 1993, so that's when we can assume the movie was set.
Groundhog Day in 1993 was a Tuesday.
