He had never (meaning extreme harm and death) cursed someone. Never killed anyone. And he never would be able to. Staring down the end of the wand, it was like he forgot the words. Avada....Avada.... No. All he did was say Expeliarmus. Sadly, like Potter. No, he could never kill someone. Draco Malfoy wasn't exactly what you would call 'innocent' but in the sense that he could NEVER commit murder, he had even more innocence than Harry Potter. Potter had wanted to kill several people. Draco, himself, had wanted that mudblood Granger to die in their second year, but now he wasn't so sure. As ling as he didn't have to kill them. So, he lowered his wand, unable to commit to the spell, and kept a tiny part of his innocence intact. It was all he had left.
