Hey, don't read this chapter if you have problems with a little but of religion and science clashing with magic. I mean no offense to anyone, please do not get all worked up over a sentence or too. Everyone has their own beliefs, and you should let them believe what they want.

My sister is bragging about how she
can do "magic" and make a scarf disappear and stuff, and she asks me if I know. I answer,
"Yeah. You need a vanishing charm."
My mom just stares at me and requests I return to the real world. I ever so slightly say no. So she says that I should go read the part of the Bible that says witchcraft is bad. BUT MY DAD DISAGREES. I stopped what I was doing at the moment. IT SAYS POISONING IS BAD. It was just a bad translation. And he literally said,

So I said I can fangirl over Harry Potter as much as I want as long as I don't become a Death Eater. TAKE THAT HARRY HATERS. Yes, my religion is against witchcraft but IT WAS JUST TRANSLATED WRONG.
Just don't become a death eater and HARRY IS OKAY. Don't use the Dark Arts and you won't be in terrible pain. WE'RE NOT GOING TO H*LL FOR HARRY

No. Just, no. Harry himself isn't using the dark arts. (scratch that he used two of the three unforgivable curses) and it's not like we can actually become witches and wizards. So, if you hate on Harry because its against Christianity, please stop for a moment and check your translations. POSION NOT WITCHCRAFT

Some rules were meant to be broken and changed. If you create something with emotions and a mind of its own, things are bound to change. DIVERGENT AND CAN'T BE CONTROLLED

So, stop sciencing for a moment, stop theologisting for a moment, and tell us we can't be fans of something that, no matter how much we wish, will never come true. Science is against it. OR IS IT. THE MAGIC IN THE HARRY POTTERISH DOCTOR WHO EPISODE HAS SCIENCE FICTIONAL THEORIES BEHIND IT. All this magic could be science, all this science could be magic. LET US BE FANS AND WE WON'T HURT YOU. We won't hurt you either way, but just let us be fans and we will have a greater change of peace.
Just don't tattoo the Dark Mark into your arm and you'll be okay.
