"Mike. Come here, boy."

The peculiar guard dog pleasurably wagged its bushy tail from left to right upon my call.

I simpered to myself.

"Good boy~" He lowered his head as I patted his big and elongated snout. "You're my pet now." I went to his side, brushing his soft, tyrian purple fur.

"Yeah we get it. He favors you. Stop showing off." Says the loser as she rolled her eyes.

"Mike!! Time for lunch!" One butler whistled, gaining the hound's attention as he stood and strutted towards the male as they left.

"It's cold." Yukarin sneezed, hugging her arms. "Can we get inside the mansion now?" She gazed at Killua, holding unto the hem of his shirt.

My eyes started to glare.

Hands off him.

"Stop wearing light clothes when you know the weather's cold." Killua sighed.

"It's fashion." The sassy lass clicked her tongue. "Anyways... I didn't have to worry since you were always there to cover me up with your warm sweater."

"Well I don't have one right now. Don't go relying on my own clothes as a habit." He whipped his head to the side as he made a troubled expression.

I cursed under my breath as they continue to flirt like they're the only persons left in the world.

"Don't say that while you take my hand inside your pocket." She chuckled.

There's nothing left to feel about Killua. Although I wasn't in-love with him, I don't like her all over him.

I just.... hate it.

Why did I suddenly felt extremely bitter on her?

I was fine before....

How repulsive. I gritted my teeth as I balled my hands into fists.

"I'm trying to at least get you cozy. Come closer, stupid." He mumbled, ushering her to walk.

"Since when did you became such gentleman? Spoiling an ex is quite a rare sight." I scoffed, cutting in their scene as they halt.

"What's wrong with him being concerned?" She clings her whole body to him, squeezing her chest onto his arm.

"You opportunistic woman." I muttered, glowering fiercely as my thoughts unexplainably went dark.

"Hey!! Control your energy!" Flock of birds suddenly descended on them out of nowhere. "Don't make animals faint unnecessarily! Your jealousy is so childish." She began bitching around.

"Yuka, hurry inside the mansion." He slowly slipped his arm out of hers. "Go ahead and warm yourself up."

"What? Aren't you coming?" She frowned.

"I want to talk alone with (Y/n) first." He spoke softly yet sincerely.

She threw a glare at me then back to Killua before heading in by herself.

"Tell me what happened after the incident before..." He didn't waste time as he went into the crux of our conversation.

"It always leads to this huh... I don't know what'll happen to us if I told you." Grimace coated my words heavy. "Know that finding out everything about your past with me will put you all in tragedy and it'll be the death of us."
