73: Blooming Friendship ¿

(Y/n)'s P.O.V
There's no risk in my premonition so we'll be fine.

The four of us departed for the rendezvous, awaiting for the certain couple.

"Killua, I'll have to conserve my energy. I plan to travel in that certain space where I got through when you're linking with him in the past." And by him, I meant with Togashi. "For a few days, I'll count on you guys to protect me."

I think we're no longer inflicting troubles for him in the real world but I wonder...

He gave me a silent agreement by his calm gaze. He's been quiet ever since that insane news.

"Alluka, wanna try wearing a mask?" Yukarin invites. "Disguising like (Y/n) did right from the beginning was kind of fun."

"I'm fine. They don't know me anyways and people who had connections with big-brother were very trusted and few. You and (Y/n) should put disguises instead. Your faces were completely exposed in medias after all." The little girl replied as Killua securely held her hand.

"You heard little boss, conceal your identity." Yuka clicked her tongue as her soft attitude turned cranky at me.

"Come with me for a bit." I beckoned her and marched in a narrow alley, leaving the siblings quite perturbed but allowed us to have a private moment.

"Inviting me for another fight or something?" She followed.

"Drop that scary look already. I already apologised for controlling your body but it's better than having Illumi use you." I sighed, stopping my tracks by the corner.

"I hate you." She growled.

"Here..." I brought out her necklace from my pocket and casually handed it. "I can reverse ones own time and return a thing to once it was. If I went far back, I could even bring it back to its original raw material."

The girl raised a brow, still wearing the usual expression as she wore the precious accessory around her neck. "I'm not surprised at anything new you do. But unlike in the news, you're not a threat for me."

I smirked and shrugged my shoulders.

"You might've gotten too cheeky and conceited but.... that annoying kindness and genuineness were still in you." She started rating my overall character all of a sudden.

"Your expression has gotten a lot better than the first time we met. You've been stronger too, not just literally." She plays with a lock of her hair, curling it around her finger. "But regardless of all that, let me protect you as well. I mean, you're really going... All will be happy if you're gone so I'll help you ride a safe trip out of this place."

"So what you're saying is you'll miss me? That's what I got from your whole speech." I snickered, pinching her cheeks. "Why are you being bashful? At first you seemed cool but you're actually very cocky but cute. You're his leading-lady indeed. Act like this to Killua and he'll definitely fall for you harder than he's ever had."

She pulled my hands off her cheeks. "What do you mean? I'm always at my most natural and charming self when I'm with him. Also, why are you treating me like your sister? Don't be nice to your rival." She dictates.

"Once I left, you don't have a rival anymore, don't worry." I smiled.

Her lips got sealed tight, letting seconds go by.

"What's with you? Shit. We're definitely not in a friendly matters so why do I have to feel this weird attachment." Yukarin turns away.

"Oh my. Don't be lonely. In reality, you have countless rivals outside your zone. Like seriously.... His fangirls are dying for him." I slapped her back hard.

"Ouch! What? What fangirls??" She grumbles, confounded. "You always make everything intricate. I was wrong, you never changed!"

I laughed in amusement. "Let's go back. They might've arrived."

"Wait!"

I paused.

"Are you sure with this? You're leaving him."

"I'm not from here." I simply replied.

"Didn't you ask him if he wanted to come with you? Why do you disregard his feelings? Don't you want to be happy with him? Is it because you lost the romantic feelings? You're obviously attracted and interested in him, I mean who doesn't? With a guy like him, I'm sure your feelings will return immediately. You're like facing temporary amnesia not with the brain but with your emotions. Wait emotions are circuits in the brain so— Never mind, you get my point!" She pants from her long message.

She really loves him.

"Calm down." I sweat-dropped. "I'm just giving up. I've already moved on by returning in his life once again. Let's not forget the fact that I'm in a relationship too and I'm not a cheater."

"You suck! You're just thinking about you! What do you think will happen if you left permanently?! He'll be the one burdened with feelings! It'll be more worst than the usual. He always carried that burden even before I met him!"

"I will make sure I cut off our fates to save him from that. I will fully erase my existence from him, from you guys and from this whole realm. Him and I already talked about it.. Thanks for the concern but don't ask further, it's none of your business."

"I caught you being a pervert to him this morning." She glared. "Are you trying to torture him? He let your touch burn into his skin despite knowing you'll leave him soon."

"This is enough. We always end up arguing. I'm trying to conserve energy so don't make me tired. Just accept what's about to happen." I walked ahead.

"He lied. We made love." She uttered.

"I know. What're you trying to get at by saying that?"

"Look at your face. You can't control your expression. You're damn hurt, jealous....  and you love him."

"No. I'm just annoyed. What do I get from hearing couples having done it?"

She smirks. "Be honest. Your feelings are malfunctioning."

"What ever."

"Oh c'mon!"

"I'm still leaving.."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"You sure?"

"Stop! Shut the hell up! I'm leaving!!" I sprinted off.
