"I want to say sorry for what I did to Liway,"

"I can't forgive you right now, she almost got raped." I said while surpressing my anger.

"I understand, I can wait," I secretly rolled my eyes.

"Just say what you need to say," She released a sigh.

"I suddenly flew back home because of my parents, my Nanny told me that they're always fighting. Umuwi ako para pigilan ang divorce nila, and I remember how I pulled those efforts alone para manatili silang magkasama. I succeed, pero pansin ang pagiging cold nila sa isa't-isa. I have no choice but to accept it, cause its way better kesa maghiwalay sila ng tuluyan."

"I really have a plan on my mind to go back here para magkaayos tayo, you know how much I love you. But that single day change everything, while preparing our breakfast, I passed out because of a sudden dizziness. The doctor said it was a simple stress but after a week, I started to vomit and confused on little things. I can also hear the buzzing and ringing sounds in my ears that makes me crazy. We went to the hospital and the result of my check up freaks me out the moment the doctor revealed it." She release another heavy sigh.

"I-I have a brain tumor," I unconciously tilted my head to her.

"H-How?"

"Its genetic. Iyon daw ang naging reason ng pagkamatay ni Grandma. The doctor said it was just primary type but who cares? Its still a tumor! I can die anytime, and facing this without you makes me hate it more," Tears started to roll down on her cheeks.

"Have you take any medical test? Why are you keep walking around like you're a healthy person?"

"Napapangunahan ako ng takot. Stepping into that hospital makes me tremble in fear, a fear that I might not survive this," She cover her face and cried.

"Stop wasting time, Astrid! You need to do an action before it become severe,"

"That's what Im doing right now. Im here to ask you to go with me, or else hindi ako magpapagamot,"

"Are you crazy?! Think about yourself and stop being hard headed,"

"I want you to be on my side, kahit saglit lang or even isang araw lang! Be with me again, like before,"

"Like before? Tsh, then what's the role of your bestfriend? I thought he's head over heels with you?"

"He trying his best not to interfere with my plans, but he still scolding me sometimes,"

"Why not? You are into each other right?"

"No, we're not! How many times do I have to tell you na ikaw lang ang mahal ko?" I sarcastically laugh and stood up.

"You're too blinded by the wrong love. I may be mad at you right now, but I know you dont deserve that. Stop chasing and open your eyes to someone who really loves you, cause I already found mine."

I started to walk away but he stopped me.

"W-Wait, hindi ko pa nakukuha yung sagot mo,"

"Im not going to decide right now, Liway's opinion is important. Her answer will be my final decision, whether you like it or not." And I turned my back to her.
