Chapter 19

~A month later~

Since BTS and I had completed everything, beside the music video, we decided to give a little teaser of the song on Twitter. The fans were excited for the song to come out. I had to thank them because they're the reason why I got to be with Yoongi.

BigHit sued Mimi and her dad for trespassing on property they were banned from. Namjoon also sued them for injuring Kim. A restraining order was put on Mimi, so she can't come near BTS or me. Since everything was caught on camera, those males, who attacked Kim, were arrested after being identified. Everything seemed to have ended well, but I was scared Mimi was planning her revenge.

I was getting my makeup and hair done for the music video. For the concept of the songs, it's about how people should just be themselves. They shouldn't change to fit society's social norm. The whole idea of the song is to reach out to those struggling under peer pressure to be someone they're not. This also fits into the BTS "Love Yourself" campaign.

"Hey, stop that!" I heard, making me open my eyes. I glanced over to find Kim messing with makeup. She was putting it on Namjoon's arm. Before Namjoon could catch her, she quickly ran off. I giggled before closing my eyes again. After a while, I felt someone staring at me. I opened my eyes and saw Yoongi. "Why are you staring at me?" I asked. He was getting his hair and makeup done too. "I'm just enjoying the view," he answered, making me giggle. "Are you ready?" I closed my eyes once more.

We've been practicing hard on the choreography to be in sync. During the music video, I'll be changing my clothes a lot. We agreed that I would be someone who's trying to find themselves throughout the music video. By changing my outfit, it shows that I'm giving into peer pressure on what I should wear. In the last scene, I'll finally dress the way I want because I decided to listen to myself instead of others.

~After two scenes~

I started chugging down the water a staff member gave me. "Good job," Yoongi approached me with a smile. I smiled back while trying to catch my breath. "I can't wait to see how this all comes together," I said. Although I messed up a lot, we finally finished two scenes.

~Time: 12:38 A.M.~

When everything was wrapped up for the day, everyone was exhausted. I stopped messing up as much, since I knew we all wanted to be finished for the day.

Yoongi was lying on the couch next to Kim. Even though Namjoon told her to leave early, she ended up falling asleep while waiting for him. Even though I didn't want to wake them up, since they looked at ease, I didn't want them sleeping on the set either. After I told Namjoon about the situation, I went to wake up Yoongi. I slowly started shaking him while quietly calling his name. Without a warning, he pulled me down with him, surprising me.

"Let's go to sleep," he muttered, like he forgot that he wasn't in his room. "I think it'll be more comfortable if you slept in your room instead of the set," I attempted to roll away. "I'll only leave if you agree to sleep in my room tonight," he said. "Will that actually get you to move?" I asked. He nodded in response. "Fine, I'll sleep in your dorm tonight," I agreed. "You also have to wear my t-shirt, tell me you love me, and give me a goodnight kiss," he added. "Now you're asking for too much," I chuckled. "I won't move if you don't agree," he said. "Fine, fine, hurry up and let's go," I rolled my eyes.

~BTS dorm~

I laid on Yoongi's bed, ready to fall asleep. "I think you're forgetting your promise," Yoongi said. I sighed before rolling over to look at him. "I love you," I shyly whispered before kissing him on the lips. His lips curved up into a smile. "I love you more," he snuggled closer to me.
