Chapter 36

~Two days ago~

Since Yoongi was found, the search team was called off. There was one more thing we needed to do, and that was to inform everyone he's back and safe. Yoongi said he wanted to do it himself, so BTS and I weren't allowed to tell them. He wanted to go up on stage and thank everyone for their hard work.

Once Kim and Yoongi came back, everything went back to normal. Everyone was happy, and a few lessons were learned along the way. Mimi was sentenced to life in prison. Due to this, her dad got a bad reputation and ran him out of his business.

I laid in bed and read about the tweets on Yoongi. Just then there was a knock on my door. I got up and opened it. Kim smiled at me. Right beside her was Tim.

"W-Why is he with you?" I slightly backed away from the door. "Don't get scared. He's not working under Mimi anymore, so he means no harm," she assured me. "Are you sure?" I asked, and she nodded, "Did you need something then?" "Since Mimi's in jail, Tim doesn't have a job anymore. I was wondering if you'd like to have him as your personal bodyguard," she said, "He's trained in martial arts, so I think this would be a great opportunity." "I don't know..." I looked between the two. "I know it's a little odd, and you're probably suspicious of him, but remember that he's the reason Yoongi was found. Without his help, it would have taken so much longer," she said.

When I looked at Tim, without Mimi by his side, I could sense his kindness. "Okay... but I'll need to talk to my manager first and see what she says about it," I said. Kim smiled, "That's great. Do you hear that? You're going to get a job!" Tim smiled, "Thank you, Kim. I don't know what I would have done if you didn't offer me this opportunity." Then he turned to me. "I promise that you won't regret this decision. I will protect you with my life," he said, "Would you like me to inform you in any specific manner?" "You can call me Miss L/N," I smiled. "Again, thank you so much for this opportunity, Miss L/N," he bowed.

~After a while~

"Charlotte, aren't you excited?" I looked over at her. She looked really sad. "It's a concert without Mr. Min. I don't think I can be excited," she looked around, "I mean look at how gloomy everyone else is."

I looked around and noticed it as well, but I also noticed the lack of people. Ever since Yoongi's disappearance, less and less people started showing up.

"Cheer up, Charlotte. After all, this is a concert," I lightly punched her arm, "Plus, I have this feeling that this will be a concert we'll never forget." She looked at me before smiling, "You're right." Then the fan chants started. Within a few minutes, the members of BTS, beside Yoongi, walked onto the stage. "Before we start, we have a little surprise for all of you," Namjoon said.

Yoongi ran up on stage seconds later, leaving everyone in shock. "Miss L/N, look! It's Mr. Min!" Charlotte happily shouted. "I know. He came back two days ago," I smiled. "And you didn't bother to tell me?!" she asked angrily, yet she was smiling. "First of all, I want to apologize for making all of you worry. It was hard to avoid this situation since I was kidnapped, as you all should know," Yoongi said, "But... I'm finally back!" Everyone started cheering. He looked around with a smile. "I just want to thank everyone for helping, whether by making posters or posting it on social media. I appreciate all of your hard work. Honestly, I'm so grateful for all of you and I wish I could express to you how I feel right now. So instead of trying to express it through talking, I made a song," he said.

When the song started playing, the whole crowd roared. As Yoongi started, I could see how much emotion he put into the song.

"Everyone clap!" Taehyung started clapping. All of us started clapping. "Now, I heard my relationship was announced to everyone a year ago. Really, Y/N?" he gave a disappointed expression, "I'm kidding. I love you." He started looking around. "Since I know you're here, why don't you come on stage?" he asked, "Where are you?" Then he spotted me. As he continued the song, he quickly went to retrieve me. He held out his hand. When I took it, he pulled me up. The atmosphere completely changed, and I felt the change in energy. Some fans were crying tears of happiness while enjoying the concert.

~End of the concert~

Time passed by so quickly, and, before I knew it, the concert ended. The fans left in a chirper mood. "I can't believe he's actually back," Charlotte looked at Yoongi, still in shock. I smiled, "We're expecting a new employee soon. He's going to be my personal bodyguard." "Really?" she asked, excited, and I nodded.
