It was asphyxiating being kept inside that place, after the last encounter with those men, he wouldn't allow you to go with him. Not that you were complain, but you were kept inside that prison and it was just killing you.

So, you managed to sneak out with the help of Momoshiki. Surprisingly enough the male didn't object to your request. All you wanted was to find a place to spend sometime alone. There was Momoshiki, but he was silent most of the time so you could deal with his presence.

Walking, all you did was just walk and walk until you found a river, the water, the songs of the birds was very calming. Seating at the edge of the river, your feet in the water and you loved the cold bite against your feet.

You were going to make them all pay for their betrayal, that was your initial promise and you managed to keep up to it for some time. The truth was, the ninja who you killed probably has nothing to do with you. Maybe they were ordered to kill you, but they were just following orders. All those deaths were eating you up, slowly and painfully.

What type of person were you before you lost your memories? Were you this weak minded? "You're one of the few who know how I used to be." Staring at your reflection on the water, you began to talk to Momoshiki. "Was...Was I stronger than I am now?"

It was so silent that you would have assumed that he wasn't there. "You have what it takes to be a formidable opponent, but you were as weak minded as you are now."

Smiling sadly, you turned to face him and patted the spot at your side. Maybe this once, just this time he would be willing to have a civilized conversation. "Come and seat here with me."

He married his eyes, almost glaring at you as he crossed his arms across his chest. But he walked forward and took a seat at your side making you smile. There were so many questions you had for him, but would he be willing to hear you? Looking from the corner of your eye, he looked uncomfortable and unhappy. So, you decided not to ask.

Instead of talking, you decided to just enjoy the peace. You enjoyed Ayato's company but he could get a little overbearing, always wanting to be around you. The garden that you used to frequent quite often was invaded by the male.

On the distance you could hear several voices, but as seconds passed the voices began to sound closer and closer. It should have panicked you, but you just rose to your feet slowly and filled with curiosity, you waited to see who these people could be.

Momoshiki was on his feet but he was as calm as you were. Finally you managed to match the voices to their owners. It was a team of four individuals, it was an older male accompanied by two younger males and a young woman.

"[Name]..." The older male gasped as he noticed that it was you. He knew who you were which meant that he was one of the few that had betrayed you. For a moment your eyes glared at him, anger flowing through your veins until you noticed the sadness and even heartache behind his gaze. "It... It's so good to see you."

The other two males didn't look as concerned, but they still looked sad too. The only one who  lacked that emotion was the black haired young woman. She didn't reveal her emotions, but once her eyes landed on Momoshiki, she prepared herself for the worse.

The two of you could probably kill them easily, but something...You couldn't explain why you remained staring at them. "Care to give me your names?"

"Konohamaru," the older male told you eagerly, "this is Boruto, Mitsuki and Sarada."

Nodding, you matched the names to the owners. "Well," you placed your hand on Momoshiki's shoulder, "I have no idea who you are, but considering the headband, you're ninja. Run along before I change my mind and kill you all."

You gave them your back, and you were just about to tell Momoshiki to take you back when Konohamaru's words sent a shiver down your spine. "He's lying to you."

There was no need for him to say a name, he was talking about Ayato. That should have angered you, but it didn't. "He's lying to you [Name], I know it's hard for you to understand with your lack of memories but please listen to me."

The way his voice almost broke made you then around and face them. Turn around and leave, the last thing you wanted was to be even more confused. It was what your brain told you to do, but you needed to know what he had to say. You've only been fed by Ayato's words, all you knew what he told you. "Lying?"

"I don't know what he told you, but whatever it is, isn't true. You're a very kind person," Mitsuki, the young man smiled at you, "you've saved not only my life but Sarada's life too."

His smile seemed genuine, and your heart began to ache. "As much as I hate to admit, he's right."

"That's because your mother lied to me." You snapped at her, it was what Ayato told you.

She scoffed and even glared back at you. "Lied? You knew about the brain injury and what it meant for you it you saved me." This was something she didn't enjoy, "you did it because you couldn't stand by and watch me die."

"[Name]...." Momoshiki warned you.

But you shook your head. "Is this how you're were told to convince me to...To return and then kill me?"

She growled. "You stupid idiot! I hated your guts, and I am still isn't easy for me to see you any different." Something crossed her mind as she relaxed her posture. "I'm not doing this for you," she looked at the ground, "I'm doing this for my dad. Since you left my dad has been so set on finding you that he doesn't care if he's killed. I hated you because I always blamed you being the cause of my parents' divorce. But whenever I seen him so worried, so stressed, so sad because you're under Ayato's power...I realize how much you mean to him. He loves you, and I just can't stand here and say nothing. It's up to you if you want to believe me of him, but if you do choose to believe him...You're in for a big surprise."

"[Name], that's enough." Without giving you a warning, Momoshiki took you back to your home.

It was the garden, Momoshiki took you back to the garden. There is always two sides  to every story. Ayato told you his, and you had been braking his side of his story. Who was saying the truth?

In the most unfortunate moment, Kawaki decides to join you two.  "You both know the truth," you glared at them, "tell me who the hell am I? And who is Ayato."Kawaki's eyes widened, Momoshiki was looking away. "Please," Kawaki out of the two male was probably the one who showed more his emotions. "If you know, please tell me the truth."

"He fed you with whatever he wanted," having enough with the lies, Kawaki admitted. "You never had a husband."

A stranger, you've been with an stranger this while time. "He was right about your friends, about the many times they betrayed you." Now that the cut was out of the bag, he continued, "but you were just such an idiot, that you forgave them. That's how you were and so far, that's going you're going to be, an idiot."

Rage, you haven't felt so much rage since Ayato told you the "truth" about your life. He had lied to you, he had taken advantage of you, he used you into killing all those innocent people. "Ayato...." Slowly, your voice began to call out his name.

Kawaki and Momoshiki stood aside but even they were not safe from the pained look on you. "You knew all along and you watched...Get out! I don't want to ever see you again!"

With your rage, your chakra began to flow wildly around you. "Ayato, when I find you I'm going to fucking kill you!"

But said man had been eavesdropping, and he got out before you lashed out with your chakra and began to destroy everything around you. Everyone began to leave the building knowing they were not going be safe  around you.

From a safe distance, Kawaki and Momoshiki stood, watching as the building was brought to dust. It was such a sad sight really, and even Momoshiki had to admit it was...A bit heartbreaking to see you breakdown once your rage left you body.

You were so naive, so innocent and kind that people just couldn't contain themselves and take as much as you offered. Deep, way deep in his heart, a small needle stabbed at his chest.  You really had such a pitiful life.
