The war still continued, though it seemed Ayato was hiding and for a good reason. That man was a coward, always allowing others to fight for him. Though it wasn't allowing but more like forcing others. He knew he messed up with the wrong person, maybe you were emotionally not as stable as you should be, but that wouldn't stop you from finding and kill him.
He must have learned through what he knew from the past, whomever had the bright idea of using you, ended up killed or you simply just ended up changing them. Which was why Ayato must be so afraid, you were powerful on your own and if you so wished, others would follow you to the depths of hell. Obito, Izuna, Madara, Itachi, Goro, Kabuto and Orochumaru could go on listing names.
All of that must be why Ayato ceased the attacks, because he messed with the wrong person. Even without your memories, you still remained the hot headed, and kind woman that you had always been. What drove you to kill Ayato was because of the guilt you felt for all of those you killed but if he could be honest, he wasn't expecting you to accept Momoshiki's deal.
Have Toneri's child, that didn't sit well with anyone and for more than one reason. Of course they knew of your desire of forming a family, to have your own children but not under these circumstances. "Please," Toneri continued, "there must be something that you can do to help her. She's so desperate in killing Ayato that she accepted that...Offer."
"Your... She's going to have your kid?" Goro asked looking at the ground, his eyebrows furrowed.
"That is the deal, yes." Not quite understanding what trully Goro meant.
The Uchiha's, despite the situation, were glaring at Toneri. If anything, it was rather amusing for Orochumaru to see. "We can try a way to help her gain her memories, if possible, however, there is the most important task which is to convince her."
"As much as I hate to say it," TenTen decided to voice her opinion, "she's not going to easily accept it. We know how she is, willing to carry all of that weight on her shoulders so we don't have to."
"How," Kabuto had not spoken since Toneri arrived and they decided to hold a meeting. "How is she holding up?"
Not so well, they could see it in Toneri's expression. "She's blaming herself for the...Deaths of those she killed. I'm afraid that after the deal is complete Momoshiki will kill her. She doesn't seem like she has the will to live."
Madara crossed his arms across his chest, "are we really simply thinking of what we must do? Let us take her against her will, then you can perform any tests that you need to in order to make a cure or something."
Tobimara shook his head. "Are you taking in to consideration of what will happen if she is brought to any of the villages?"
"He's right," Hashimara nodded, "we've lost so many people and their families and friends are not going to take it so well when they realize that she is taken under anyone's care. Not to mention that she is more than capable of escaping whenever she wishes to.
Were they even considering that? "That will not be a problem," the Kazekage knew the risks but he was more than willing to risk it, "she can stay at the Sand Village."
Minato studied his own son who glanced at Gaara. "She's welcome at the Hidden Leaf Village." Of course he would at that.
It filled him with pride but right now they were in no position to have you in either village. "The last thing we need is to obtain more enemies. The other Kages made it clear they want her dead and if any of the two of you take her under your protection, it means you're willing to put your homes in more danger."
"When would it be possible for you to find a solution for her condition?" Jiraiya questioned as he placed away a notepad and a pencil. Kakashi eyed him, wondering why the man had been taking notes, eying each one of them.
Pursing his lips, Kabuto thought for a moment and letting out a long sigh. "Hard to say, if we had her present then perhaps we would know why she lost her memories."
"What can we do then?" Sakura asked, willing to do whatever she could to help you.
Her daughter glanced at her father, the man had his gaze on Toneri and although he had a calm expression, behind his gaze was a glare. "My team and I can begin a search, it's her goal is it not? If we find Ayato then she won't have the needed to finish that agreement."
"Yes," Boruto and Mitsuki agreed. "With no more attacks, it won't be difficult for us to begin the search."
"Akamaru and I have a sense of Ayato's scent, I'm sure we can find him." He ruffled Akamaru's fur, feeling lighter when there was a solution to the problem.
Shino nodded, "I'll join you."
"If he find him, we'll kill him." Obito added.
So, everyone was joking to join the search team but of course on their own. That way they'll have more coverage. Now that they didn't have to worry about any more attacks, they'll have a lot more time to find him.
"That," amused Orochimaru continued, "does not fully solves the situation. From what you told us, Momoshiki expects you both to have a child, which means he wants you both to start as soon as possible." At the innocent look from Toneri, he smirked, "there are two ways to get her pregnant. Do you know them?"
"How?" Toneri asked embarrassed, because he didn't know about how humans reproduced. He wasn't exactly given that lesson. "I'm.."
"You better not lay a finger in her," Izuna snapped,"or I'll kill you myself."
A few nods of agreement made the male puzzled. "I..."
"Excellent!" Ino clapped her hands, "the sooner we start this search the faster we find that bastard." She walked out ready to join her team and begin the search. The others followed only leaving the two Kages and the exkages, Jiraiya,Toneri and Orochumaru."If it's no trouble, then I'll come with you." Minato decided that if Naruto couldn't leave, then he would go with Toneri.
"Count me in," Jiraiya interjected.
"No trouble at all." Toneri smiled, "if that's all then we should leave at once." Pausing, he returned his attention to Orochimaru, "in will try to convince her to accept your help. We should depart now, she probably is going to wake up soon." Minato joined his son to say some parting words, that only left Jiraiya and Toneri alone.
Curiosity got the best of him and he had to know. "What...What ways was Orochumaru speaking of?"
Maybe he should have asked someone else because he didn't like the way Jiraiya smirked. "Glad you asked," Jiraiya threw and arm around Toneri's shoulder, "the first option consists of," and Toneri listened intently, though when Jiraiya began to describe how it was done, his cheeks began to turn bright red. "The second option is the one with more pleasure to it and of course, more fun. So the two begin by," he continued to explain, detail by detail and his cheeks, no, he was sure his entire face was red from how embarrassed he was.
"Are we ready?" Being done talking with his son, Minato was ready to leave. Though he married his eyes as he noticed the wicked grin on Jiraiya's face, and the deep blush on Toneri's. "Are you okay?"
"I-I-" clearing his throat, Toneri nodded. "I am fine, let's just depart." As he took then back to your location, he couldn't help but blush to think of what he needed to do.
Why didn't Momoshiki explain what he had to do in order to...To have a child? Did Momoshiki even know?
