The villagers were not as forgiven as you thought they would. You thought that maybe they would  not allow you, Momoshiki and Kawaki to stay in their village...But it also applied to the other ex-criminals. They did  not forgive Madara, Izuna,Obito, Itachi, Kabuto, Orochimaru and even Goro. You could understand about the Akatsuki and even Suigetsu and Karin, but you didn't expect them to treat Itachi and Goro like this. Or even Kabuto, he had done so much for their village, but people were wary and believed that they could continue to trust them. 

"They're scared, hopefully once all of this is over, things can go back to how things used to be.."You told Nagato and Yahiko,  as you sat opposite them in a small room, and of course, in private." You probably already have in your agenda to find Jigen, but I need a favor to ask."

Yahiko nodded, "I'm guessing that's why Kawaki is here. You intend to get rid of that seal, aren't you?"

"You do know that if you're unable to get rid of that seal, he's going to return to that man." That was a possibility, but Nagato spoke as if he was certain that it was going to happen. 

"I promised I was going to help him find a solution, but I'll do it if it is the last thing I do." You just hoped that there was a way to remove it, or Kawaki would be disappointed and destroyed. "He's suffered enough with that man, and he'll continue to do so as long as he's with him."

Pushing the chair back, Yahiko stood up then Nagato followed. "Rest assured we will do what we can to find all the information we can." But he paused, the look he sent Nagato made you think that there was more information that they knew. 

"What is it?" You were just about to stand up but sat down again when you caught them sharing that look, as if debating whether to tell you or not. 

Finally Yahiko decided to reveal what they knew. "We found out that Jigen isn't working alone, in fact, the is a member and perhaps the leader of an organization called Kara. This organization is not just a simple one as we first assumed. Very little is known about it, about their goal and of course their members."

All of a sudden you found it difficult to swallow the lump of saliva gathered in your mouth. If Nagato and Yahiko were having trouble to find information about them, it wasn't really good. "Anything about their members? Or how many of them there are?"

The red headed male shook his head, his expression turning grim. "No, Jigen banished from sight and he even retreated back. No further attacks had taken place. There really is  nothing else that we can find, we don't know how many members this organization has or even their names, locations. Nothing."

"They have planned this for a long time then," making it very dangerous for everyone. Did Kawaki know anything else about him? Maybe he did, you'll have to ask him and you just hoped that he would willing to offer that information with you. Of it was linked with his past, it probably wouldn't be easy. "We need to alert the Kages about this organization, I'll see if I can talk to Kawaki and maybe he'll know more about it."

"Wait," Yahiko stopped you from standing up, "by taking Kawaki under your cars you have put yourself in further danger."

Well, he had been ordered to kill you but you wanted to know  why having Kawaki under your protection bring your harm. "I'm not bothered by it, Kawaki had been given orders to either convince me to join them of kill me. Is Kawaki that important to them? Is that why I'm in danger?"

Yahiko moved around the desk to stand at your side, leaning on the desk and facing you. Nagato decided to just sit, lean forward. "Yes, but not just Kawaki but also Boruto. Both of them hold the seal, and I'm not sure why they need them, but  the organization won't stop until they have then back."
