Broken Pieces (Naruto and Boruto Reader Insert)

Chapter 75

Really short chapter, I just had to get this out before I start the next chapter.

They had to act noe, they had to retrieve Kawaki. Maybe he understimated you, he really didn't think that you would able to convince Kawaki to join you. But he made that mistake, the mistake of allowing that weak boy to stay close to you. There were only a few that made him lose his composture, and you were one of them. 

But the very same could said to you, you understimated him. Ayato was just a tool and Jigen didn't allow him to know that there was another way for him to have you under his control. Perhaps he wouldn't be able to keep you under his control, but having you vulnerable...Then he would manage to manipulate Kawaki into returning. 

Kira wasn't completely useless, all of his research wasn't destroyed and he was by far the first man to be able to render you useless. At least for a few days, but that was all he needed. 

A syringe filled a the liquid that would allow them to bring Kawaki back was inside it. Maybe they would take advantage of your vulnerability and end your life once and for all. You've turned out to be more problematic than he anticipated. It wasn't your power, it was the way you just...managed to convince people to just join you. He had seen it being done with so many that maybe it shouldn't come to a surprise that you managed to convince Kawaki. 

The truth was, that Jigen actually has planned on giving it to you if you joined them, but your loyalty was your only weakness. You would rather face death a thousand times before you betrayed your friends, friends that didn't even appreciate what they had. 

But you are now a pest that needed to be taken care of."Take it and you  know what to do with it." Some of Kara's members  faced him and once given their orders, they banished from his sight. 

They knew about the Akatsuki's location, they just never took action until they could have Boruto and Kawaki together. You've just made their work so much easier. 

For the moment he would allow them to take care of you, with you gone, they could resume their plans.

There was a good side to all of this, finally you would get what you  craved so much; death.
