When Jesse stopped running, she ran out of the track and looked at Harry, Kara-2, Caitlin and Cisco. "So, how'd I do?" Jesse asked.

"Blood pressure, heart rate, metabolic rate all excellent," Caitlin said.

"And you've got some serious speed, girl," Cisco said.

"Mm-hmm. I think you're good to go," Kara-2 said.

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I still want to run a few more tests," Harry said.

"Like what?" Kara-2 asked.

"Like more tests," Harry said and Kara-2 looked at him.

"Hey, so, is Wally here?" Jesse asked.

"No, not yet," Cisco said.

"Right. Um...Okay, I'm gonna...I'm gonna go grab some food. I'm starving," Jesse said.

"Yeah, there's some PowerBars in the workshop. Help yourself," Cisco said as Jesse started to walk out.

"Cool," she said, and once she was gone, Cisco and Caitlin looked at Harry as well.

"Harry?" Caitlin asked.

"Mm-hmm?" Harry hummed.

"What're you doing?" Caitlin asked.

"Being thorough," Harry said.

"Yeah? 'Cause it seems like you're stalling," Kara-2 said.

"Okay, fine. I'm stalling. I'm stalling. So what?" Harry asked.

"So what? So why?" Kara-2 asked.

"So why? Why? Why? I got to explain myself to you three? Oh, I guess I do, 'cause you're not parents. That's my daughter, okay? And she spent months on this very Earth watching Barry Allen and Kara Danvers defeat meta after meta after meta...And Zoom...And all of a sudden, bam! She's got speed, and now she wants to be a hero just like them. And I think that's a great idea. Not!" Harry exclaimed.

"You're her dad, but she's still my sister. I think this is good," Kara-2 said.

"Harry, we can help her. We can train her just like we did with Barry," Cisco said.

"I don't want you to train her, okay? I brought her here for you to talk her out of it, not talk her into it, all right, Ramon? You...you should talk to her. You're a meta," Harry said.

"Yeah, which makes me the last person she should talk to about not using her powers," Cisco said and Harry started to stammer.

"Okay, Snow...Caitlin...You and her, you've always had such a special relationship. You talk to her," Harry said.

"No, we don't. And I don't know anything about having powers, so I'm the last person you should talk to, so don't ask me," Caitlin said before she got up and walked away.

But then Harry looked at Kara-2. "No. No," Kara-2 started to say.

"Kara," Harry said softly.

"No! You will not use me against my own sister, your own daughter," Kara-2 said.

"Oh, come on," Harry said.

"I said no," Kara-2 said, then she also walked away.

"Wait, I..." Harry started to say before he sighed. "It can't...damn."
