Previously on Come Back To You, J'onn started following M'gann so as to protect her. Armek, her former mate, came to Earth with orders to take her back to Mars for execution and gave her two hours to surrender before he goes after her friends.

Fearful, J'onn decided to bring her to the DEO for protection. The real M'gann showed up, revealing the other one to be Armek in disguise, forcing J'onn to put the DEO into lockdown.

Assuming Winn's identity, Armek initiated a meltdown in the building's nuclear reactor while another White Martian posing as Kara ambushed Iris. J'onn and M'gann freed the real Winn and Kara and confronted Armek, killing him with a metal pole. Winn fixed the reactor in time and Kara helped Mon-El subdue the other Martian.

Afterwards, M'gann informed J'onn that she intended to return to her home planet in order to reform her people.

Encouraged by Kara, Iris tried to ask Mon-El out on a date, only to find that he already had a relationship with Ella.

Streets of Central City

The Flash, Supergirl and Kid Flash were all standing in the middle of an empty road, looking down it as Kid Flash was getting hyped. "So this is it, huh?" Wally asked.

"Yeah. This is the starting line to our race. Cisco set up sensors all along the course, and he'll be tracking your speed all the way to the finish line on the other side of town," Barry explained.

"No, I meant this is it...the day the greatest upset in speedster history goes down," Wally said.

"Wally, this isn't about winning or losing. Okay? This is about training so you can get faster and beat Savitar and save Iris," Kara lectured.

"Yeah, which I'm gonna do. But first I'm gonna make you eat my dust," Wally said but Barry laughed.

"I'm sorry. Okay, you know there is a reason they call me the fastest man alive," Barry said but then Kara slapped his arm.

"And why they call me the Girl of Steel. Don't come crying when I beat both of you," Kara said, then she pressed her comm. "Cisco, you good?"

Cisco, Caitlin, Joe, Iris, Mon-El and HR were all gathered around, watching the screens of how the three heroes were about to race. "Ladies and gentlemen, the Central City Speedster 500 is about to begin. But first, I've got five-to-one odds Barry & Kara takes down Wally. Any takers?" Cisco asked. HR immediately raised his hand and they all looked back at him.

"Yep. Game of speculation? Are we...we're betting? Yeah, no, I'm in," HR said before he walked up next to Iris. "On my Earth, financial wagering was banned after an unfortunate incident with Vice President Al Capone."

"Well, lucky for you, you live here now," Iris said.

"Yes," HR said.

"Put me down for 20 for Kara," Iris said.

"20 for Kara and Barry," Mon said.

"Joe, got to be in it...come on," HR said.

"No, not me. That's a Sophie's Choice I'm not gonna make," Joe said.
