Previously on Come Back To You, Killer Frost destroyed the necklace. Barry and Mon-El travels to 2024, where they learned that Cisco lost his powers after Killer Frost shattered his hands and forced him to use mechanical prosthetics, H. R. had become a successful novelist, Julian worked at Iron Heights tending to Killer Frost, Wally was catatonic with a shattered spine, Joe was depressed, Kara was barely getting by, Mon-El was dead and future Barry was a recluse hiding at S.T.A.R. Labs.

In their absence, Top and Mirror Master have taken over Central City. Barry and Mon-El failed to learn Savitar's identity. Cisco secretly used a device to prevent Barry from returning to the past, hoping he and Mon would put things right. Barry rounded up Kara, Julian, Joe, and H. R., reuniting Team SuperFlash.

Top and Mirror Master overwhelmed Barry, Kara and Mon-El with their powers but, after overhearing him, future Barry used Cisco's device to negate the villains' abilities, helping to defeat them. Future Barry apologized to Kara, and asked to take him back, which she accepted. He then gave Mon-El and Barry information and told them to find a physicist named Tracy Brand, who developed a speed force-based trap years after Iris' death.

In the present, Killer Frost met with Savitar. She was reluctant to trust him, but changed her mind when Savitar's armor opened up and he stepped out, revealing his identity to her.

The DEO

Supergirl flew into the DEO with the biggest smile on her face, and walked up to the center table where Iris, J'onn, Alex and Winn were. "Whoo! It is another beautiful day in National City, and the Girl of Steel is ready to take on the world. I am here to kick some ass, take some names, and do it all with an endearing smile on my face. So, bring it on. What do you got for me?" Kara asked and Iris sighed before she looked at her friend.

"There is literally nothing for you to do," she said.

"Nothing?" Kara asked and Iris nodded her head.

"I challenge you to find an eight-year-old stealing candy," Winn said.

"It's like somebody slipped law-abiding serum into the reservoir," Alex said.

"Did somebody do that? Is that illegal? I could stop 'em," Kara said.

"We'll let you know if something comes up. Until then, I'll be upstairs checking the budgets," J'onn said before he walked away.

"I'm gonna go work on that new Lebeckian code breaker," Winn said before he also walked away.

"Thursday morning knife practice," Alex said before she too walked away and Kara sighed.

"Well, I guess I could be boring and go to work," Kara said before she slowly walked towards the balcony and Iris frowned.

"Okay. Uh...Well, what am I supposed to do?" She asked.

Iris's Apartment

Iris sat on her couch, watching a cooking show when suddenly her oven alarm beeped. She excitedly got up and headed for the oven. "Ooh. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh! Fifth time's a charm," she said but when she opened the oven, her baking was messed up again. She groaned as took her disaster out and threw it away, along with other five tries. "Why can't I do it?" She placed her mittens away when she heard a knock at her door. She walked up to the door, and was surprised to see Lena Luthor on the other side. "Hey! What brings you to the rent-controlled side of town?"
