Previously on Come Back To You, Iris started training Mon-El. Leslie was found to be out of prison. Kara, Barry and Mon-El go off to engage Livewire, but it turns out to be another woman, who attacked the three with a male of the same abilities. Mon-El ignored Kara and Barry's instructions to protect the civilians, choosing to save them instead. The Guardian arrived and aided them. Their adversaries escaped and Kara and Barry found out about James' alter ego, scolding him, Iris and Winn. Iris also got angry with Mon-El for prioritizing her over the others.

The DEO learned that Leslie was actually abducted from incarceration. Winn located her. James and Mon-El rushed there to prove themselves. The duo was captured by a scientist who had been draining Leslie's powers and gave them to his subjects. Kara and Barry arrived and saved them, freeing Leslie and dissuading her from killing the scientist in exchange for allowing her to escape. Kara rejected James' offer for cooperation in vigilantism.

Despite helping James behind her back, Kara forgave Iris, and swore she would save her. Mon-El confirmed his feelings for Iris.

Meanwhile, M'gann lost consciousness. J'onn agreed to bond with her. In a shared memory, he told her that she is forgiven. She regained consciousness and J'onn freed her. She revealed that the White Martians are searching for her.

HR started laughing chaotically as he was typing on his computer when Cisco walked up to him. "H.R.? H.R.?" Cisco asked but HR kept laughing.

"With a blast from my trusty vortex cannon, I dispatch the miscreant-" HR continued.

"H.R!" Cisco snapped and HR got up.

"Hey, yep, here we are," HR said.

"Barry needs help," Cisco said.

"Yeah, Barry needs help," HR said before he got up.

"Where's Kid Flash?" Caitlin asked.

"He's on his way," HR said before he pressed his comms. "Are you on your way? They need you at Keystone Bridge."

"Surely all your adventures are not this disorganized?" Julian asked.

"There's a method to the madness, mate. Watch and learn," Cisco said in a English accent.

"The Electric Gang is headed north," Caitlin said, tracking the gang on the satellite.

"You gotta cut 'em off before they reach the freeway," Cisco said into comms.

Streets of Central City

A black SUV was zooming off as The Flash was chasing it, then Kid Flash zoomed up next to him. "Oh, hey," Barry said.

"How you wanna play this?" Wally asked.

"I have an idea," Barry said before he and Wally zoomed around a corner.

The men in the SUV, stopped shooting at the two when they went out of sight. "Eyes up!" One of them said then The Flash came back, chasing behind them. "Here he comes. Just the red one."
